This was one of the panties Alice had appropriated from Rosa. Although Alice was surprised to find that Rosa owned something as daring as a C-string, she didn't hesitate to add it to her panty arsenal.

Of course, after restocking her pouch, Alice had naturally found somewhere secluded to test her new weapons and found out about their respective abilities. Meanwhile, when she was thinking of a way to keep Filia asleep for several days, she immediately recalled the C-string's Curse of Delusion.

Inflicting a soul curse on Filia sounded like it would do a lot of harm to the elf, which it indeed would. However, after many experiments, Alice could now manipulate the power of the spells she cast. Thus, so long as she lowered the taboo's output to a point where it would only put Filia to sleep and do nothing more, it shouldn't do too much harm to the elf's body.

Meanwhile, after Alice held the small C-string in her right hand, black mist quickly started seeping out from the hand. At the same time, dark mana began filling Alice's body.

Unlike with the Hero's Sword, Alice didn't need to shout out any names when using panties. So, with her mouth shut, Alice promptly activated the Black C-string's Curse of Delusion against Filia.

Immediately, the C-string transformed into a ball of black energy that escaped Alice's hand. Then, this energy ball flew toward the unconscious Filia and entered her heart through her chest.

The moment the curse entered Filia's body, Filia's previously furrowed brows gradually loosened.

If Lalu had seen this scene, she would probably suspect that Alice was the Demon King or something similar. Fortunately, although elves were sensitive toward mana, Lalu had never seen or perceived dark mana before. Thus, even if she noticed that Alice had suddenly released a large burst of mana, the most she could tell was that Alice had used a powerful spell.

Anyway, the curse would cause Filia to lose herself in a dream, and so long as Alice didn't remove the curse, Filia would remain in her dream until her physical body died. However, Alice had set it so that the curse would unravel itself a week later. Although going a week without food would put Filia in a weakened state, she wouldn't be in any threat of dying.

A week should also be enough for Alice to memorize all of the elves' unique taboos. Unlike with the Enochian Pyramid, Alice wouldn't have to master the elves' unique taboos. All she needed to do was memorize the taboos' theories and mana operation methods. Then, she could return to the human realm and master the taboos at her leisure.

If it was only memorizing taboos, Alice should have no problem memorizing two taboos a day. Meanwhile, after checking the Nature Shrine's magic books with Lalu, they found that there were a total of 11 unique taboos here. In that case, a week should be roughly enough for her. It also wouldn't create any significant problems if she only had the demon army surround the Elven Forest for a week.

"Alright, you can turn around now," Alice said to the loli elf after planting the Curse of Delusion on the oneesan elf.

"What did you do just now, Alice? I sensed powerful mana just now." Lalu couldn't help but look at Alice in confusion after turning around. Although she had followed Alice's instructions and didn't sneak a peek just now, her sensitive senses still allowed her to perceive the changes to the mana in the room. "That manadoesn't feel like something a normal person could possess."

Although elves possessed underwhelming talent compared to the other races, elves were long-lived. Most adults in the elven village had already lived for several hundred years, and there were even two elders in the village who were already over a thousand years old. While they might have grown at a much slower pace compared to those from other races, the strength they had accumulated over all these years was still significant. They could easily beat the top powerhouses of most other races when it came to individual prowess.

Even so, Lalu still felt that the mana Alice released just now was a little stronger compared to the elven elders she had seen in action thus far.

"This I'll tell you sometime later," Alice said as she placed a finger on her lips.

Some weeks ago, Alice had snuck into the dorms of many students with the help of the magic robe's Mana Concealment skill. She had done so to inspect everyone using her right hand and ensure they didn't possess any special identities. If they did have a special identity, it would show in their weapon names.

Meanwhile, Lalu's weapon name came up as "Genius Elf Brimming With Mana - Lalu." The name showed that the loli elf didn't possess any special identities. Thus, Alice decided that once the time was right, there shouldn't be any problems if she shared her identity with Lalu.

For now, though, Alice decided to observe the loli elf for a little longer and make sure that there wasn't anything strange with her usual behavior.

"You're so secretive, Alice. I didn't expect you to have another identity other than the Gryffin Princes," Lalu said, sighing.

However, despite many conjectures appearing in the loli elf's mind, the possibility that Alice might be the Hero or the Demon King never came up. After all, the image of the muscular and pretty-faced Hero and oneesan Demon King had already been solidified in the minds of everyone who used the internet.
