Chapter 107: Draco Meteor and Explosion

Chapter 107: Draco Meteor and Explosion

“Who is that?”

Grey Feather’s eyes widened, his brain rapidly analyzing the person surrounded before him, their disguise skills, and their infiltration abilities. They must be an elite from the police force. Could it be that there were more than two people like him who had infiltrated them?

With a voice filled with strong doubt, he suddenly felt a chill. “It can’t be… It can’t be happening.”

In such a short amount of time, even the police couldn’t have completely surrounded them so quickly unless some unexpected external factors were involved.

Grey Feather’s communicator remained in constant contact with his subordinates, and faint electrical sounds emanated from it, leaving him with a bewildered look in his eyes.

The other two trucks equipped with “Raikou” devices were destroyed by a mysterious move that descended from the sky, and they had lost all contact with the personnel responsible for targeting the aerial attack!!

“Haha, those two kids did well!”

Mr. Looker watched the astonishing scene with a satisfied smile. Just as everyone was captivated by this sudden turn of events, Mr. Looker’s agile movements propelled him like an arrow, delivering a knee strike to an unsuspecting Ariados, sending it flying through a gap.

If one were to judge, labels like “Pokemon-like combat instincts” would surely be applied to Mr. Looker.

“Don’t let him escape!”

Watching his stunned subordinates, Grey Feather’s voice cracked as he yelled, “Protect the last ‘Raikou’!”

In the midst of the poacher crowd, a shriek immediately rang out, and the hand of the scientist at the front blocking the police’s progress trembled, causing panic among most of them.

Grey Feather couldn’t figure out any possible scenarios, no matter how hard he thought. The enemy’s attack had been too sudden, and he was well aware of his subordinates’ capabilities. There was no way they could be defeated so easily.

Unless the other side deployed high-end individual combatants at the level of the “Elite Four.” But from what he knew, there is no chance for it happening and there is also no possibility that they would cooperate with an Elite Four under such unexpected circumstances.

Under the mounting pressure from behind, the poachers sought to swiftly break through the approaching police, so they pushed the energy consumption of the “Raikou” to its maximum. Lightning rampaged and completely halted the police’s advance, preventing them from moving forward.

The roars from afar converged into a wave of sound that repeatedly struck Grey Feather’s heart. The falling meteorites, especially, made him tremble with fear.

“This is a special move, a powerful Dragon-Type move, Draco Meteor!”

“It’s….it’s absolutely impossible. This kind of destructive power is on par with top Trainers. Aside from the Elite Four, who else could possibly appear here… According to my investigation, there’s no chance the Elite Four would appear on this battlefield!”

Large beads of sweat dripped down from Grey Feather’s forehead. Draco Meteor alone wouldn’t be enough to make him react this way, but the person who could defeat his team so quickly was definitely not ordinary.

“This sound… It’s Gyarados, and the cries of different Pokemon… Could it be…” It seemed like he had realized something, connecting it to Banette going out of control. He felt a chill down his spine, sensing that his plan was slowly unraveling for unknown reasons.

In reality, despite Grey Feather’s orders to closely protect the last “Raikou”, someone found a way to slip through.

“You’re not going to go crazy again, are you?”

A Pokemon that looked like it was wearing an elegant evening dress used “Telepathy” to communicate with a man.

“So what if I do?”

The man smiled faintly. “Once we destroy this, the police on the other side can come through easily, right?”

“That’s….too dangerous.”

A green ribbon on the Pokemon’s chest connected to the middle of its horn, extending to its glove-like arms. It appeared as if it were wearing a long dress on its upper body. At this moment, it crossed its arms, looking very nervous.

“We can leave the way we came. Don’t you have confidence?” the man said.

Seemingly sensing the man’s determination, the Pokemon lowered its head and didn’t say anything more.

“Who is it!!!!”

Following a sound of exclamation, the man was discovered hiding inside the truck, and he gestured for silence.

“A…a cripple!”

The poacher who discovered this person had eyes wide open as he looked at the man lying inside the truck, whose pant leg was swaying in the wind, and an expression of disbelief crossed his face.

Another intruder? What a joke. Since when could a cripple be an intruder?

“What are you doing here? Ariados, use String Shot to first restrain him!!”

“You’re too impatient,” the man sighed. “Gardevoir…”

“Use Telekinesis to send the silk back.”

Following the man’s orders, Gardevoir began manipulating its mysterious powers. The rapidly approaching silk threads stopped in mid-air, then turned and shot back, tightly binding Ariados.

However, at this moment, more and more people inside and outside the truck were drawn by the noise, eyeing this unfamiliar figure suspiciously.

“Control the machine to ‘attack’ the intruder!!”

“Hurry up and subdue him!”

Gardevoir transmitted a message: “It could take a dozen seconds, or it could be just one second, but you must hold on tight to me. I’ll do my best to avoid the aftermath.”

“I understand.”

The man glanced at the crowd, completely ignoring their order to attack, instead he did something that left everyone dumbfounded and terrified!!

Beside him, Gardevoir instantly formed an Energy Ball and threw it directly at… a well-concealed location, the fuel tank!

“You idiot… He’s gone crazy!! He hit the fuel tank!!” A furious roar came through the communication device connected to the vehicle, and everyone felt a sense of absurdity in their hearts.

With a loud click, the fuel tank ruptured, causing everyone’s pupils to contract. Faced with the poachers blocking their way, the man held Gardevoir. The poachers who witnessed this scene and those who heard the voice from the communicator were all terrified and hastily fled from the scene.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Golden flames surged upward, and with a massive explosion, a towering column of fire engulfed the area, leaving everyone speechless.

The researchers and poachers who had hurriedly run out of the vehicle were swept away by the tremendous shockwaves to some distance away. Those who were still conscious listened to the deafening roar, feeling the burning heat on their bodies with a sense of dread.

Madman. They had encountered a real madman, who had placed so many people in danger. If the explosion had happened just a few seconds earlier, who knows what terrible price they would have paid.

Both the police, Mr. Looker, and Grey Feather were stunned by the massive explosion, not to mention the bewildered poachers and Terrance in the distance.

“What… What’s happening!”

“How is this possible!”

Grey Feather let out a heart-wrenching scream. A series of unexpected events had crushed his fantasies, as the enemy had destroyed the three important trump cards he had kept as a trump card, without even showing their face..
