C455 – Someone Was Eating the Dark Side Yuanba Took Action

One of them demanded in a low growl.

At that moment, Lee Yuanba, standing behind Jiang Hao, saw the ambush and his face twisted in rage. With a thunderous roar, he charged into the fray.
Jiang Hao made no move to intervene; he was curious to witness Lee Yuanba’s prowess.
Yuanba barreled through, disregarding the incoming blades, and seized a saber from one of the attackers, yanking it towards him.
The man was dragged helplessly before Yuanba, who flashed a savage grin. He hoisted the man up, flipped him over, and with a brutal force, ripped him apart by the legs.
“Puff!”
“Ah!”
A blood-curdling scream echoed as Lee Yuanba tore the man in two, filling the air with a thick scent of blood.
Jiang Hao winced at the gruesome sight, feeling a twinge of discomfort.
The thrill of the kill seemed to invigorate Lee Yuanba; his eyes blazed red once more, and a palpable aura of bloodlust enveloped him.
As his comrade was gruesomely ripped in half by the creature, the faces of the three attackers who came with him turned pale with horror.
Despite their shock, these were men of violence.
Snapping to their senses, each brandished a long blade and viciously struck at Lee Yuanba.
“Clang!”
Their blades met Lee Yuanba’s armor, ringing out sharply, but he stood unphased.
He sneered menacingly, discarding the bisected corpse, and turned his gaze to the trio.
Lee Yuanba’s savagery sent a chill through them.
They swiftly altered their tactics, aiming for the unprotected parts of Lee Yuanba’s body.
One aimed a slice at Lee Yuanba’s neck, another at his arm, and the third swept his blade toward Yuanba’s legs!
Yet, even in the face of such peril, Lee Yuanba seemed unconcerned. He merely smirked, neither dodging nor blocking.
In the blink of an eye, the three blades struck Lee Yuanba without impediment!
“Thud!”
But this time, there was only a muffled thump; their blades failed to pierce Lee Yuanba’s flesh.
The onlookers were astounded. They were certain that their targets had been flesh and blood, not armor!
