Chapter 271: The Bloom Guild Headquarter

Chapter 271: The Bloom Guild Headquarter

"Let's first commence the deal then."

Anna looked hesitant as a look of doubt appeared on top of her face. Bloom smiled and said nothing as his plan was only meant to be secretive, especially for her.

"Do you want me to take out the coins here?" Bloom casually asked as if taking out two million gold coins was such a simple task for him.

"Oh, please wait," she had a strange look over her face before suddenly asking, "do you prefer to wait to pay for that architect from the capital for later? I don't want to make you run thin on money here."

"Just send me the full contract," Bloom smiled as he added like a rich tycoon, "and please add all the additional things like defensive towers, strong walls, check points, and anything else that might boost my headquarter defenses."

"This" her face froze for a moment, "wait a sec then," she hurriedly took a map out, and the map appeared in front of Bloom's eyes. It was the previous map.  "You wanted this piece, right?" she asked and he checked before nodding.

"This can't have many spaces inside to do what you ask for," she sighed.

"Then I'll buy this one as well," he pointed towards another piece adjacent to the first one.

"But this will add around five hundred thousand gold coins," she glanced weirdly at him.

"Is that so?" he asked with a grin, "then add this piece as well," he selected another one that was opposite to the two and was stretched to form an arch.

"Are you sure?" she asked just to make sure he wasn't trying to show off with what he didn't have. "This will cost around two million gold coins including the resources needed to construct the headquarters. We aren't talking yet about the fees to hire that architect."

"I want the best," Bloom suddenly said.

"Pardon me."

"I want the best architect out there," he said with strange confidence, "can you do that for me?"

"This" she paused before seriously asking, "what's wrong with you today? Yesterday you were so troubled about paying two million and now you act like paying five isn't a problem for you."

"Hahaha, I just got some lucky encounters that's all," he laughed without saying much about his main source of income.

For him paying five million now wasn't a big deal at all.

"Are you sure?" she asked again, "once I send you the contract I won't be able to edit it. each contract will use one token to be issued and once you fail it you'll lose the token it's a big thing and I recommend you reconsider your choices."

"Just send it to me," he took out his token, "use it and mark these three pieces. Like this I'm sandwiching the main route to here and I can start my plan accordingly."

She took the token and waited for a couple of minutes without saying anything.

"What?" he asked.

"I'm just giving you time to reconsider."

"Just do it," he shrugged, "I've nothing to lose."

"Sigh, players you are really unfathomable to me," she sighed before using the token and wrote some words over it before it burnt in thin air and the next that appeared was a new parchment.

And she started to fill some places there before glancing again at him.

"Do it," he firmly said and she could only sigh.

He watched her filling the contract before it suddenly vanished. The next was a system notification and that piece of paper appeared again in front of him.

"System alert: Swor town mayor issued you a guild establishment contract. The contract used the guild establishment token that you've provided."

"System alert: please make sure that the contract is final and if you agreed then there is no way to turn your back over it. if you fail then the contract will be omitted and you'll lose your token."

"System alert: please seriously and carefully consider this."

"Even you" Bloom couldn't help but smile, "alright let me see the contract then."

"Contract to establish a guild for Player Hannipal.

Contract issued by Swor town mayor.

Contract used the token provided by the player to start the guild.

The guild location will be at coordination 45686*96321 - 45685*96321 - 45684*96323.

The commission includes the prices of these lands, the prices of the primary resources, and the prices to provide the architect and workers to build the guild.

The price for the three land pieces = 1.5 million gold coins including the fees of the town plus the privilege discount the player got from the mayor.

The price for the resources = 250 thousand gold coins.

The price for the workers = 100 thousand gold coins.

The price for the architect is still not specified. The architect will be hired by the Swor town mayor. So one million gold coins are needed as a deposit before finalizing the price to hire the architect.

Duration: One month at most and the guild headquarter will be delivered to the player."

"It's all fine," he said before giving her a deep glance, "thanks for the discount."

"You deserve it," she sighed, "after all you are paying what's considered an enormous deal of money even for a mayor of a town like myself."

He smiled and then agreed over the contract. The next instant the gold coins were deducted by the system and he received a system alert the next moment.

"System alert: Two million and eighty-five thousand gold coins are deducted from the player."

"System alert: please name the guild so the contract can be finalized."

"The name" he muttered before suddenly thinking about something. "Let it be Bloom guild," he said and then the system asked for confirmation and he agreed.

"System alert: Congratulations for player Hannipal to successfully strike a deal with the Swor town mayor to establish a guild. Player can now issue invites to other players and accept any players joining the guild."

"System alert: Congratulations for the player to be the first in the entire game to start building the guild. Big prizes await whomever finishes the guild faster, yet as being the first to start building the guild you'll have a special prize at the end."

"System alert: do you wish for the system to announce this to all players?"

"No thanks," Bloom rejected, "keep it as secret as it should be for now."

"You really have wealth," Anna seemed to be notified by the success of the guild contract, "I'm really amazed. Was that deal with that mayor so profitable?"

"It helps," he said without delving into any details, "now as you have your fees you can start negotiations about hiring an architect for me."

"May I know your limit then?" She was still amazed by his big hand here.

And he rose three fingers in front of her.

"Holy moly! Are you crazy? Have you stumbled upon a dragon treasure trove back there or what?!!"

He couldn't help but laugh. "Don't forget our date tonight," he waved his hand while moving outside the mansion.

"It's dinner," she shouted at him but he simply laughed and said nothing.

"Where are you?"

As he exited the mayor's mansion he instantly called Antoan in a video call. Antoan appeared to be leveling up in some adjacent place

"We are trying to level up here," Antoan said with such an excited tone, "you can't believe it! the number of monsters decreased a lot and now we can only kill one group at a time even if we met another one in the middle."

"Amazing," Bloom smiled, "send me the coordinates."

"Are you coming over?" Antoan was more excited, "this is very great news."

"Not now," he shook his head, "I've something else to do first before coming over to you."

"Then what for these coordinates then?" Antoan was puzzled by his words.

"Nara is coming," Bloom said with a helpless smile, "I'll send her and her team straight to your place to level up together."

"This are you sure this is a good idea?"

"Don't worry about that," Bloom sneered, "after all we have a big meeting up ahead regarding our trusted circle of players."

"As you say boss," Antoan said before asking, "what do you want me to tell her then?"

"Don't bother," Bloom sighed, "she already knows."

"What?!!" Antoan was shocked but Bloom didn't delve deeper into any details. "Just don't open the matter with her and act oblivious even if she directly asked you."

"As you wish," Antoan said with a deep sigh.

"I'll send them here first," Bloom closed the call with him before opening the chat with Nara and sent two short messages to her.

'How many will you bring with you here?'

'These are the coordinates of my team to join them and level up.'

Then he went to the shop to buy tickets from there while waiting for her answer to know how much money he would spend for that.
