Chapter 761:- Strongest General Vs Strongest Dragonian [I]

"I have explained everything. Now, does anyone have any questions?" Aditya looked at everyone and asked. Seeing everyone remain silent, Aditya nodded. If anyone had any questions, they could just approach Spencer since he had discussed these changes to the Imperial Military with Spencer before implementing them. "All right! This concludes our meeting."

"You all can head back."

"Your Majesty, may I have a word." It was Victoria who stepped forward.

"What is it?" Everyone curiously looked at her.

After taking a few steps forward, She turned to Amber.

"I wish to fight General Amber." Victoria could not wait. The urge to fight this woman was getting stronger with each passing moment.

"Amber, what do you say?" Aditya left the decision to Amber.

'Fight between the Strongest Dragonian and the Strongest General of the Istarin Empire. I can already tell that this battle is going to be super interesting.' Aditya planned to watch their battle. This kind of event cannot be missed.

"Spencer, are you going to watch?" Aditya leaned toward Spencer and asked him in a low tone, but others were able to hear as well.

Spencer silently nodded his head. The fight between Victoria and Amber is a must-watch event.

Missing out on such an electrifying battle would be a huge shame.

Amber looked at Victoria. Victoria appeared to be very confident. She was a proud woman. In such a short period of time, she is undoubtedly the most accomplished Dragonian. No wonder she called herself the Knight of the Dragon Monarch.

'Losing isn't an option for me.' Amber understood the stakes of this battle.

Although this was nothing but a friendly exchange between them, if she lost, she would lose the respect of her division members.

"Secondly, the time limit for your battle is set by this hourglass. When all the sand has fallen to the bottom, the match is over. The sand will take about 10 minutes to fall completely, so make sure you keep an eye on the time."

After setting the rules, Aditya disappeared, leaving them alone.

"This is going to be an exciting battle." Josh looked very excited. This was the first time a General was challenged. So everyone was very interested.

They were on a Flying Ship. From the deck of the ship, they were going to watch the whole battle.

"I bet that Amber will win." Aditya was slightly biased towards Amber.

"Then I will bet on Victoria." Spencer chose Victoria without thinking much. 'That reminds me, most of my powerful Dragonians have evolved, Victoria is still a normal Dragonian.' Realizing this, Aditya felt slightly guilty. As the Strongest Dragonian and the Knight of the Dragon Monarch, she should have been among the first ones to evolve. 'I will do it after this battle.' Amber and Victoria stood opposite, facing each other.

The current Amber is fully confident that she will be able to fight a Mid 5th-order mage or body cultivator on equal grounds, despite being a beginner 5th-order cultivator. She doubts there is any fellow beginner 5th-order cultivator she won't be able to defeat, except if that person's name started with 'Aditya' and they were the Emperor of the Istarin Empire.

However, Victoria did not mind Amber's words. She took her words and that confident look on her face as a sign and symbol of her powers. Victoria was socially awkward; she did not understand unspoken things very well.

"Let's start our battle." "Yeah!! Let's give everyone a good show." Both of them held immense respect for each other.

They respected the work and the accomplishments that both of them had achieved in their fields. "It seems they are starting." Aditya flipped the sand watch. As the tiny grains of sand began falling down to the other side of the watch, their fight also began.

Both Amber and Victoria stared at each other before both started charging at each other. The power from the legs violently cracked the ground beneath them. Swoosh!!!!

Two black daggers materialized in Amber's palms. Amber charged toward her opponent and then swung the dagger horizontally from the right side with her right hand.

Seeing this, Victoria calmly grabbed her dagger and stopped the attack. For a microsecond, Amber was surprised. 'So these Black gloves are used for this purpose.' The black gloves that Victoria was wearing were like gauntlets. The gloves weren't as soft or fragile as she had imagined. Rather, the gloves can be used to defend against swords, daggers, and spears. 'Then about this?' Amber made the same motion with her left arm. But Victoria once again grabbed her daggers. The knight of the Dragon Monarch was about to kick her in the stomach when she felt something. At the very last second, she managed to pull back, but still, one part of her body wasn't spared. "What is that?" Victoria touched the right side of her cheek. She could feel something wet on her cheek, even through her glove.

There was a small two inches long scar on her cheek. The scar started from her cheek and ran downwards to the corner of her mouth. The daggers were silently hovering around Amber without being affected by gravity. "It looks like Amber has got the first strike." All the Generals were already impressed by Amber's power. "What kind of skill is that?" Even Aditya was surprised. This was the kind of move that Assassins like Sasha, Lillith, or even Nathan would have. Earlier, Amber silently materialized tens of daggers and fired them like a projectile. Victoria was able to dodge all the attacks, but one of them left a scar on her cheek. She pointed her hand towards Victoria. The next second, all the daggers began rotating around Amber at an extremely fast pace. The daggers are moving around Amber at such a fast speed that even Victoria has to be cautious. "Goo...!!" This time, Amber used a long-range attack.

All the daggers were fired towards Victoria like projectiles. 'They are fast!!' 'This is good!!' Victoria had a grin on her face as she crossed her arms on her chest like she was preparing to take on her attack. "Don't tell me she is preparing to take all these daggers head-on. Everything around Victoria was totally and utterly destroyed. Once everything was over, even the ground around her had turned into a small crater. "What a dangerous attack!!!" Josh took a deep breath. He felt that if he was in this situation, then he would have slaughtered. His whole body would have been cut to pieces. "Is the battle over?" Henry asked in an uncertain tone. 'As expected, choosing to watch this battle was the correct decision.' Henry thought in his mind. "No!!" Aditya replied with a small smirk. As the dust settled, Amber was surprised to find Victoria. She knew that there was no way that a Peak 5th-order would fall from this kind of attack. But what really surprised her was the fact that there wasn't even a single scratch on Vicotria's body. Despite taking all the daggers head-on, she did not even take a single damage. 'How is that.....!!' Amber quickly realized that the brown light outlining her entire body had to do something with this. Amber noticed that the brown light around her body was starting to fade. The Blessing Earth was a defensive passive move that Victoria learned not so long ago. The move allowed her to increase the durability and defense of her entire body by seven times. For a short period of time, her body becomes strong enough to even take the attack of a Beginner 6th-order cultivator. However, the passive skill only lasted for 3.5 seconds. As for the daggers that left scratches and scars on her arms, shoulders, legs, and thighs, she did not care about them. She kept charging towards Amber like a mad woman. It was clear that she did not care about her body.

'You want to use close combat to defeat me, but I am not going to let that happen.' Victoria was really good at close combat, and Amber knew that from the beginning. Suddenly, hundreds of spikes rose from the ground all around Amber. All the Generals and Spencer on the flying ship reacted strongly when they saw General Amber pierced by all the large black spikes.
