I immediately grabbed the hem of my dress and climbed on the slide.

Just before taking my hand off the handle, I looked back and said.

“Jake, follow me too.”

“Yes, Mir, but we may not fall the same way.”

But when I heard the answer, it was when I was already releasing the handle and going down the slide. In the long cylinder, Jake’s answer rang like an echo. Either way, my body was falling down steadfastly.

But whether I was embarrassed or not, Duchess Theion was very happy to see me again. She showed me the lemons in the basket in her hand and chattered.

Since then, I played hide-and-seek with Jake until sunset. I regretted that it was time to return home.
