The Great Jiol Forest spread out in the Jiol Forest Kingdom which was in mankinds territory.

Within a room of a place that could be said to be a tree labyrinth within that forest, three Mazoku and one Human, and then a man clad in green garments were there.

That green man who introduced himself as Wyrm expressed a gentle smile, and was just standing there.

After muttering that, Nefas, the son of the St. Altlis Kingdoms Albania Duke House, went pale and got down to one knee.

The God of WindHe realized that the green man that was before him was an existence that was called as such.

However, Wyrm saw Nefas in that state and smiled looking troubled.

Being told that, when Nefas saw the threeDemon King Vermudol, Western General of the Demon King Army Sancreed, and Maid Knight Nino, although they did not ready their weapons, they stood there without undoing their caution.

Nefas opened his eyes wide, and felt his insides go cold by the threes boldness.

Although he was surprised by that attitude which could even be said to be disrespect, Nefas somehow stood up.

He didnt have the courage to say that out loud, but Nefas was also in agreement with that statement.

After all, the floor was made of earth, and the walls were made of trees. The ceiling was a bunch of tree branches that had lush leaves on them. Rather than being a temple, it was a forest. It was a place where that expression was suitable.

It was extremely different from the Grand Altlis Temple of the St. Altlis Kingdom. When compared to that white walled palace that worshipped the God of Life Philia and had many priests, it could be said to be natural that they couldnt recognize this place as a grand temple.

Seeing the looks of those four who thought like that, Wyrm nodded.

After nodding to Vermudols answer, Wyrm put up one finger and swung it side-to-side.

Nino and Nefas were attacked by the mysterious Mazoku, the Alva, in the middle of their exploration of the Great Jiol Forest, and before they knew it, they were transferred to a place that could be tree labyrinth for some reason. Advancing through the labyrinth by Ninos intuition, they fought against Clay Golems, and then against Alva once again at the place the arrived at.

Reexamining it, Nefas thought the Alva aside, so that Clay Golem really was the trial.

Being indifferent to that Nefas, Wyrm suddenly returned to having a serious face.

But still, I didnt think that you would breakthrough that path of bewilderment with intuition. I made it so that you could choose the correct path by reading the wind though.

When Wyrm said that sounding a bit dissatisfied, Nino went *pui* and averted her face.

Panicking over Ninos disrespectful attitude, Nefas opened his mouth to somehow follow-up.

Since he sensed Ninos magical power and skipped through the labyrinth after trespassing like that, for Wyrm, he found it extremely displeasing to have his trial spoiled like that.

Wyrm nodded looking satisfied from how Nefas was surprised. It were as if to say that he was waiting for this kind of reaction.

From his outward appearance, Wyrm gave the impression of being a calm and composed adult, but that actually wasnt the case. If his personality were to be represented with one word, it was free. When Wyrm looked at Vermudol after saying that, Vermudol also reacted with a twitch. He had noticed that Wyrm had used Status Confirmation Magic on him.

Status Confirmation Magic was generally said to be unusable by anyone other than the Hero and the Demon King, but that was only limited to those living on the earth, and Gods were a different story.

Despite that, was it alright for Nefas, a Human of the St. Altlis Kingdom which worships the God of Life Philia, to be accepted into his protectionthat is what he was thinking.

Like Im saying. The common sense of Philias place isnt my common sense. Besides. Its true that I give out divine protection with Sylphid having preferential treatment. But you know that its not like I just keep it at that.

After Nefass golden hair and blue eyes changed into a green that resembled Wyrms green, they returned to their original color.

And then, the wind settled down.

Nefas, who had lost consciousness, slowly started falling towards the groundAnd Wyrm, who approached him in an instant, held him up.

After Wyrm said that, with hand opposite of the one that was holding Nefass body up, he drew the sword on Nefass waist out halfway.

When Wyrm poured power into Nefass sword, it transformed into a different sword that possessed a green handle.

Furthermore, maybe because it was an after-effect of Wyrms power pouring out, even Nefass equipment was transformed.

And then, Wyrm put the hand over the ground, and created a Clay Golem.

After Wyrm threw Nefas at the Clay Golem he created from the ground, Nefas opened his eyes while groaning.

The Clay Golem that supported Nefas caught the crystal ball that made a dull *gokin* sound as it bounced off of him.
