The one who had just spoken was the tribe leader of the overall Merchant Alliance

Whilst the second figure who spoke was cloaked in a dark smoke with only two moon-blue coloured eyes looking from within the cloak of black smoke

The third was the Sect Leader of the Golden Ape Sect, a sect of body cultivators who are very physical looking and gave off auras of pure solidity and defence, as well as a rampaging attacking vibes

He stood there and gazed at Min Hong's physique, and knew he was an adept bodybuilder, even though he couldn't see his cultivation

"Is everyone in place!?"

Mu Li took out what seemed to be a white coloured rat which had a single multi-coloured eye

He whispered in the rat's ears and the rat squeaked a about breath later;

"Good! Put a big hole in their pockets"

Mu Li ordered before storing the rat into his unique spatial ring

"Outer Court Newbie, Min Hong; do you still wish to challenge the 'War God Trials'?"

The voice of one of the inner court elders that were here reverberated through the entire arena, and he seemed to be using his cultivation to back up his speech to be able to cover this massive arena

"Yes I do!"

Min Hong replied leisurely with a certain kind of swagger that feels the elder was not qualified to speak to him

"He is confident also" another expert remarked when he saw Min Hong reply

The elder then proceed to ask Long Sha and Kun Chao the same question and they answered nonchalantly

Then Min Hong heard a female elder make the same announcement on the second platform, twice; one for Min Qing and the second for Kun Lin

"First Lot; Kun Chao vs arcade!"

Kun Chao stepped forward and looked back momentarily as he spoke;

"For Hong Dynasty!" Then he stepped into the cage as his first opponent entered the stage

It was a 2 Star Dan Formation stage disciple with Intent Level Metal Dao, but Kun Chao simply melted through his Dao with his higher tiered Flame Dao

Thus it begins

Kun Cha dispatched his next three opponents with one move each, without breaking a sweat

Then his fifth opponent arrived; it was a 6 Star Dan Formation disciple with equal Intent Level as Kun Chao, but with the Water Dao, a natural counter

Then the battle became a little serious

His opponent simply summoned a river of water onto the arena which shocked the disciples from smaller sects that someone could actually summon so much water within a desert

What if he was fighting over an ocean, his natural environment, he will obviously be boosted within such a battle

Kun Chao didn't speak, nd simply tapped his foot on the ground nine times, and with each tap, a pit of fire erupted from the ground, looking like the entrance to hell itself as an ominous aura weighed down on the arena

The remaining eight taps created eight other pits that surrounded him in a circular fashion

Then with a wave of his sleeves, fire gushed out of two of the nine pits and transformed into a sea of flames that surged towards his opponent who responded similarly to his attack with his own upper stage Eater Dao

This is the power level when someone reaches the upper stage of the Intent Level of any Dao

Despite forming a weapon from his Flame Dao, Kun Chao still couldn't manipulate his Dao like Min Hong who hid his vital organs within different pockets of space

That was the difference between Intent Level and the Law Level

The art he was currently witnessing was grand and at the same time disrespectful

The hammer shattered the shield and evaporated all the water before blasting Kun Chao's opponent away with several third degree burns

Kun Chao who was busy picking his fingers whilst controlling his Flame Dao with his mind and sight defeated his opponent with the most subtle level of impunity and disrespect ever seen

His sixth opponent was crushed when he opened six of his nine pits of flames His seventh opponent took eight of these pits to be defeated

Then his eight opponent saw Kun Chao still nonchalant, but added another Low Stage Intent Level Dao of the sword to it

[Low Stage = First to Third Plane Mid Stage = Fourth to Sixth Plane, whilst Top Stage = Seventh to Ninth Plane of any Dao]

All nine pits erupted with searing flames at frequent intervals as Kun Chao made multiple 'Great Swords' made out of his Flame Dao as he attacked his opponent with all of them

He was controlling about nine swords with his mind, and was using it to battle his opponent with a glaring advantage

This testimony of his mental strength didn't escape the eyes of the experts around, Leader Zhao included

He was currently seated below, but to the side of the overall Merchant Alliance Head, who was still busy conversing with the hooded figure cloaked in black smoke and the muscular man who was the Sect Leader of the Golden Ape Sect

"That guy would suit us better!"

The Merchant Alliance head spoke with a slight laugh as another voice echoed across the arena;

"Are you guys already selecting your choices without our consent? That seems a little disrespecting!"

A middle aged lady who seemed to be in her late thirties floated down from the sky with two female disciples behind her;

"What!? Isn't that the Sect leader of the Flame Phoenix Sect!?"

A common-folk who had come today to simply watch the battles exclaimed

"Yes! She is definitely the one!"

"The phoenix crest on her cape is made out of diamond Their grand elders have gold on theirs, thus she must be the sect leader!"

Another folk answered as some people looked away from Kun Chaos battle to see the person who had arrived

"Sect Leader Mei, of course we dare not" The cloaked figure replied
