Chapter 239: Immobilizing A Grand Elder

Then the Third Grand Elder asked Min Hong;

"Do you have anything to say for yourself?"

The Sect Elders usually say this, so that everyone would know that before they dished out punishments, the offender is usually given an opportunity to defend him/herself

Min Hong heard everything they said and looked up slightly with a squinted brow, [because of the sunlight], and asked with the laziest and most nonchalant expression and tone;

"Are you done spewing folly?"

"!"

"!"

The Grand Elder when stunned senseless when they heard Min Hong's statement, it was as if their brain was still processing the scenario and couldn't come to a clear conclusion

If Min Hong hated a billion things in his life, dictating his fate in front of him like he was a mortal in the presence of a god, would definitely be on the top 5 trending list 

He was so mad right now, Little Fei and Daniel were barely preventing him from correcting these old men right now

Then came an abrupt bellow which was accompanied by a divine shower of saliva that bathed Min Hong from head to toe;

"Incorrigible! Blasphemous! You dare talk to your elders like that, I think your manners has gone rust Allow this old me to sharpen it in your parent'- "

The last part of that statement was never heard again, because Min Hong had moved so fast just now, these four Saint Stage Grand Elders could barely see him pass by

Then, summoning his entire battle power of the Peak Nascent Soul Stage, Min Hong swung Little Lin [who could actually deal with anyone under the Saint Stage on her own], in a massive and forceful arc, towards the Fourth Grand Elder, blasting him mid-speech with a loud Boom! 

Min Hong hovered in front of the remaining three elders with his rainbow colored wings flapping whilst displaying alternating masterpieces, then he looked over to the remaining three and spoke audaciously;

"Are we going to keep waiting or are we going to fight!?"

"Hmph! Impetuous Taste this saber slash of mine"

The First Grand Elder swiped his bare fingers at Min Hong as a potent Saber Qi burst out of the thin air and slashed aggressively at Min Hong, who was already feeling the breeze from the incoming saber slash before it was even halfway to him

Min Hong flapped his wings twice boosting him not away, but actually head on with the saber slash, he held the silver staff with both hands as he smashed out at the incoming saber Qi

Boom!

Min Hong was blasted backwards for about three meters as his bones began to vibrate and absorb the force and momentum from the attack

The First Elder on the other hand was hit with a backlash as he retreated five full steps before stabilizing himself and calming his disorganized insides

The Second Grand Elder abruptly interjected;

"Flames of fury, cinder the world"

Tak-Boom!

It was the actual voice of the Second Grand Elder that sparked up and exploded, gushing out a torrent of flames that swarmed over Min Hong

"Why am I so eccentric?"

Min Hong was thinking deeply when the scorching heat from the incoming flames actually snapped his attention back to the ongoing battle which he simply sneered at as he jeered towards the Second Grand Elder;

"You think too little of me, and I suggest you all use your full strength and come at me together"

Min Hong backed his statement up by clenching his fists as the Space in front of him shattered and revealed the void which gobbled up the incoming flames, as Min Hong added;

"Detonate!"

Boom!

The second grand elder whose entire outfit was made from the silk of a Saint Stage 'Eon Silkworm' which was an actual magic beast

This means that his outfit was actually a Peak Grade Silver Tier artifact, but that wasn't enough to stop Min Hong's 'Planetary Annihilation' techniques which he had mentally created behind the second elder who was still stunned from the fact that Min Hong could actually shatter space directly

This was the ability of a Saint Stage expert who had comprehended his Dao up to the Law Level

This also means that, rather than gaining a technique like the 'Planetary Annihilation' from chaos, Min Hong is now able to manipulate any available chaos within the domain of his Mental Sense

And for the current Min Hong who had the mental sense of about a 1000 mile radius due to being in the Gold Rank could actually manipulate any form of Chaos within this radius

But he will not be able to control anything outside of this area, and that is the disadvantage of a Law Level Dao expert who had yet to leave the Mortal Realm and a Law Level Dao expert who was actually in the Spirit Realm 

Thus for the second elder, he could manipulate any fire in the area of about 5,000 mile radius which puts Min Hong at a slight disadvantage, because if the battle was to be prolonged, Min Hong would exhaust himself whilst the second grand elder would be faring five times better than him, in terms of exhaustion

Except if the Dao Tier of the Mortal Realm expert was greater than that of the Spirit Realm expert, then such a gap might be shortened but still not completely closed

Thus, Min Hong had manipulated the Chaos Qi within the atmosphere and used it to form the technique rather than using his own Qi to power the technique like before

That was the also the difference between those in Intent Level and those that are actually in the Law Level

Min Hong detonated the technique at such close proximity to the second elder that he had little to no time to react

As a result of the power of the Chaos Dao, the second grand elder had one of his arms ripped out

But the second grand elder grabbed his falling arm almost immediately as he latched it in place before Wood Qi erupted from him and healed the wound

Then he looked at Min Hong and spoke every helplessly,

"Since it has gotten to this stage, I guess I can just send you on your way to hell without much guilt!"

The second grand elder exploded with four Daos; Flame, Wood, Water and Sword Qi as he bleeped towards Min Hong who was already prepared

Infusing his Flame Dao with his Sword Dao, a massive sword of about fifty feet long and five inches flat sped towards Min Hong, but not before several vines erupted out of thin air around Min Hong and wrapped him all over, like he was a mummy...

Then the sword slash came through and through everything like a hot knife through butter, as the mummified figure of Min Hong was split in two equal haves 

"Lousy mouthed punk That should teach you not to bicker with your elders disrespectfully in your next life" The second elder sneered

But just as he was about to turn around, he heard a voice that made him freeze in his steps, as his eyes went wide in shock;
