Yang Chen turned around and climbed the stairs of the Auction House.
On a completely different note, when the guard was dismissed by the chubby man, the Greedvil system for some reason assessed it as him committing a mischief and awarded him 25 points.
After the chubby man and Yang Chen entered the building, the other guards finally sighed a breath of relief.
"Phew… the pressure that Elder Lin Mang exerts when angry, is no joke. My body almost got drenched in sweat. That's a Battle Master for you alright. But I don't understand why he dismissed Lin Ting when he was only doing his job. Why was that black robed man getting such a special treatment?" One of the guards asked.

Besides he dared to claim he had the carcass of the demonic beast on his person. Something huge like that where do you think he had kept it?" the guard's colleague hurriedly explained.

The auction house of the Lin Clan, was big. Standing up to its name as one of the three prominent clans of the could city, they spared no expenses in the building's looks and grandeur.
On the first floor of the building, there were many pretty girls that were working as the staff and showing the customers the items around the building. Medicinal pills, armours, artefacts or battle skills you name it, all the things were on display at this place.

The ground floor was for the customers who were here to buy, the first floor was where the Lin clan did business with people who came here to sell their items.
There were numerous counters and experts sitting on those counters appraising and valuing things. And of course, there were quite a few customers who were trying to pitch their wares to those experts.
Yang Chen who was led by the chubby man, did not stop here and headed even further. They climbed the stairs of the first floor and headed for the second floor of the auction house which was only reserved for special guests and VIPs.
The second floor had a huge hall at the centre of which was a stage which was used to deal with items that were too huge to be appraised on other floors.
"Hmm? There are already people here" the chubby man muttered as he boldly walked into the hall.
"Elder Mang" the experts who were on the stage appraising the corpse of the demonic beast, hurriedly cupped their hands when they saw the chubby man approach.
The latter gestured with his chin and placed his attention at the demonic besst that was being appraised.
"Hoh! A Five Horned Demonic Rhino? Now that is something that rarely comes to my auction house. I wonder who are the people who came here to sell it?" the Five Horned Rhino immediately caught the attention of the chubby man as he asked the experts.
The experts smiled and pointed at a group of hunters standing not very far from the stage. Those group of hunters taking the cue from the experts, hurriedly cupped their hands at the chubby man.
"So you guys are the ones that hunted the Five Horned Demonic Rhino huh?"…
"Yes Elder" the hunters nodded their heads.
"Hnn… I see you did a good job coming to our Lin Clan Auction House. Fret not, you will be appropriately rewarded as per its value" the chubby man casually declared. With his experienced eyes, he could easily see through the numerous battle marks the demonic beast had on its body and could tell that it was severely injured in a scuffle.
This hunter band was just lucky enough to be in the vicinity at the opportune time to take advantage of this. Or else, with their strength that was around the Eight Star Battle Apprentice level, how would it be possible for them to defeat a demonic beast who was a bonafide Battle Master class?
Not to mention the steel like hide of a Five Horned Demonic Rhino was something that even a Battle Master like him would find difficult to pierce.
"Those hunters!?!…" While the chubby man was having a conversation with the hunters, Yang Chen, who had been staring at the corpse of the demonic beast while he pondered something in his mind, finally spotted the hunters that killed the beast.
The moment he saw them, he was a little startled. That was because the hunter band that was selling the carcass of this demonic beast to them was none other than the hunters he had met back at the borders of the star fall jungle.
"Hm? You!!" At the same time, the hunters too recognised Yang Chen from his garb.
"Why are you here? Don't tell me you followed us all the way here?" Luo Bu who didn't like Yang Chen from the start, started throwing complaints.
"I knew it leader, he was after our hoard the entire time".
"This mister… do you know them?" the chubby man asked turning towards him.
"It's Yang Yan and.. yeah, I know them. I mean, I met them a while ago in the star fall jungle while they were carrying the body of that beast" Yang Chen nodded his head.
"So that was the case. Ah, please excuse my manner mister Yang Yan, I forgot to introduce myself, I am the owner of this small establishment, Lin Mang" the chubby man introduced himself.
"Oi brat are you listening to me? Go away from here, you aren't getting anything from us" While Yang Chen and Lin Mang were having a conversation, Luo Bo interjected in between.
The comment the latter made caused Lin Mang to frown his brows as an invisible pressure radiated off of him that immediately shut the wildly running mouth of Luo Bu and forced him to fall on his butt.
