Chapter 585 Chapter 579: Insect Species Born for Battle

585  Chapter 579: Insect Species Born for Battle

"All right, I'm here now, aren't I?" Finn Lewis shrugged, in truth, he didn't really know what was going on. These past couple of days, he'd been in a strange state. Olivia Thatcher wouldn't contact him during this time, so Lewis was almost completely cut off from the outside world. Although Olivia had the ability to handle matters autonomously, there were certain things she definitely wouldn't handle. n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

"Supreme Ruler, I have completed a comprehensive plan, but because this planet lacks high-energy concentration crystals, our troop accumulation will take about a month to gather enough forces," Leviathan informed Finn via a mind connection. Once Finn agreed, Leviathan sent him a message.

This mind connection was rather mysterious and Lewis didn't know the principle behind it. However, it seemed like he could sense the main base in the underground cave; Lewis could clearly perceive the number of Insect Species on this planet. If he wanted, he could connect to these Insect Species as if he was connecting to the main nest, giving them his own instructions. Concentrating Lewis's attention was all it took, although, the further the distance, the shorter the time he could connect and control these insects.

Moreover, Lewis found that he differed from Leviathan and Karl, these Insect Species with high intelligence. That is, if they wanted to convey information to Lewis, he must agree before they could send telepathic connections, conveying information. In contrast, Lewis did not need their consent; he could directly connect their minds, controlling their bodies and issuing commands. Both Leviathan and Karl could not prevent Lewis from doing this.

"How much military power do you think we can gather in a month? If you can connect to the Earth's network, you should know that the weaponry on this planet is quite formidable," Finn hesitated before asking.

The lower-ranking Insect Species were purely bred for battle, so Finn was not worried about their consumption. However, if they cannot achieve absolute superiority, allowing the enemy to take control instead, that wouldn't meet Finn's objective.

"I am unable to understand your thoughts. According to my calculations, if we want to control this island, it's quite simple. By devouring, reproducing, and employing parasites on a large scale, we can easily control the entire island. We have a significant advantage in military power to sweep across the island," Insect Queen Leviathan respectfully said.

Finn felt a bit of a headache because he neglected one problem. Although the Insect Queen had higher intelligence, the insects' wisdom had significant differences to that of humans. From the view of these insects, everything was done for the advancement and evolution of their species. To achieve this advantage, they often employed absolute military power, overwhelming all opposition with a sea of insects. Tactics and military strategies were not within their considerations.

Scratching his head, Finn suddenly realized that he seemed to have overestimated these higher intelligence Insect Species. They differed significantly from the higher intelligence units in his understanding. Their thought processes were more akin to that of nature; survival of the fittest, nothing else mattered to them.

"Olivia, send a robot over. You know my plan, inform her of it," Finn thought about it, then decided to speak bluntly.

"Yes, young master."

"Leviathan, I will dispatch a robot to you to communicate the combat plan. Follow its command for all actions," Finn said straightforwardly.

"I will execute your command, but I can't understand why we need this, given our absolute advantage," Leviathan sent an emotional message filled with confusion.

"I can tell you why. We, the Insect Species, are all that's left in the universe. Before we can ensure our security with our strength, we can't expose our current power. Can you evolve the Leviathan during this time? If you can't and we alarm a superior intelligence creature that destroys this planet, can we still survive?" Without a second thought, Finn directly sent out this message. Bullshitting was straightforward enough, just whether Leviathan could understand or not was the question.

"Yes, Supreme Ruler. I understand your thoughts. Your will is the directive of the Insect Species. I will execute your commands," Insect Queen Leviathan unhesitatingly stated.

As to whether she truly understood, Finn didn't care. As long as they obeyed, that was okay. The advantage of the Insect Species was that regardless of comprehension, they would resort to executing commands without discount.

Finn suddenly called the Principal as he had gained a warship from the previous battle and planned to donate it to the school.

Upon hearing Finn's proposal, a pause occurred in Robert Green's thoughts. Could it be that this was the result of Finn's negotiations with higher authorities, accepting the warship through this means? If so, he couldn't refuse. Moreover, the allure of Finn's terms was really enticing.

"Then I'll report it. If the authorities agree, you can donate it," Robert Green stated clearly. At Finn's explanation, he too responded.

Receiving this document energized Robert Green in a way that made him feel like a new man. Having this document meant the matter drew the attention of the highest echelons. After all, such a dialog could hardly not rouse the higher-ups.

In his heart, Robert Green almost laughed out loud. In the future, his university might be ranked number one in the country. Largest university with a warship carrier as its teaching equipment. Did your University Q have one? Did your University A have one? No. But they did. In the whole world, only they had one. Robert Green didn't have large ambitions. If he could make F University the number one nationally ranked school, that would satisfy his greatest wish.

Before, he had this thought, but he knew it wasn't quite possible because the other party was also a prestigious school in the capital and received substantial national support. But now? Before, Robert Green thought that having a major where F University could rank number one in the country would be enough. Now, Robert Green believed that he might be able to make F University the country's number one comprehensive strength university.

And this document was just the beginning. Once obtaining this document, Robert Green promptly decisively called Finn. On receiving Green's call, Finn was bit surprised, not expecting the authorities to agree so quickly. He didn't know how many brain cells the middle-aged people burned, guessing this was extremely vexing. But these things didn't concern Finn. This event counted as a good thing - his problem was solved.
