[3rd POV] [Watchtower]
Gwen looked at Raven in silent shock. Gwen knew that Trigon would more than likely exist in this universe, solely due to how important he is to the way of things. But Raven existing as well? That was...kind of a dream come true. She wasn't ashamed to admit that she had a massive crush on Raven when she was a kid.
"I'm assuming you use magic?" Gwen asked, deciding to act like she didn't know exactly who this girl was.
Raven silently looked at Gwen, before nodding "I can"
"What kind?" Gwen asked, looking to Raven with interest. She wanted to know the sort of abilities this Raven had. If she was assuming correctly, she more than likely had the same powers as her Teen Titans counterpart from the show, not Teen Titans Go, that show sucks.
If she did have those powers, then she should be comparable to Trigon, if actually using her true power. Hell, in the comics, Raven is stronger than her father, and at her peak, is one of the strongest beings in the entirety of DC comics.
"Does it matter?" Raven questioned, looking at Gwen with a small frown of distrust.
"No. But if we are going to work together, I'd prefer to know who it is I am working with. As far as I can tell so far, you seem to use your own form of magic of sorts, perhaps even an emotion based ability like Empathy, some spiritual powers like spiritual telekenesis, and some darker magic" Gwen said, looking the girl over with a hum. Her skills in detection and reading people, coming out, alongside her senses.
Raven looked surprised with Gwen's assessment "That...is about right" Raven muttered.
"And I'm assuming you're here to stop Brother Blood because he's not only summoning a demonic entity, but a demonic entity that is also your father?" Gwen said bluntly, finding that keeping a secret like that was kind of pointless.
At her words, Raven's eyes widened while the rest of the League sighed. Gwen was pretty sure she saw Flash hand Arrow some cash.
Raven looked tense as she looked to Gwen, realizing the girl had figured out her secret, easily, at that.
"Well, it's good that your his daughter. It'll make it easier to take care of his little cult. Plus, you've gotta be pretty strong if you're his daughter" Gwen said with a shrug, not really caring about her being Trigon's daughter. Why would she? She knew the type of person Raven was, having read and watched a LOT about her.
"Aren't you Doctor Fate? How could you not hate me?" Raven questioned, not understanding this mysterious teens personality.
"I might be Doctor Fate, but even Nabu understands that you are not at fault for the actions of your father, nor should you be hated for things your father did. All I care about, is making sure he does not make it to Earth, and I doubt you want him here either. Considering you ran away from him" Gwen said, causing Raven to go silent.
"So, where is Brother Blood and this cult? The cult should be easier enough to take care of, it's just Brother Blood himself that might be an issue. And if Trigon is summoned, then there is little chances of me surviving that fight, even if I went all out" Gwen said, looking to Zatara.
[Later, in an unknown location]
"So this is where the cult is? Why...am I not surprised?" Gwen muttered, looking at a large, abandoned church that was glowing from the inside, a deep blood red.
Raven looked at the rather cliche cult location, and couldn't help but agree with Gwen inwardly. Why Brother Blood chose such an obvious location, she didn't understand.
"I guess he's quite confident in Trigon's ability to breach into this world. Why don't we go and make sure that confidence is misguided?" Gwen said, looking to Raven who nodded in agreeance.
Swinging to the roof of the Church, she noticed Raven going invisible out of the corner of her eye, before floating up near her.
"I'll take care of Brother Blood, while you take care of his little cultists, okay?" Gwen said to Raven.
"Are you sure you can take care of him? He is my father's lead cultist for a reason" Raven asked, slightly worried for the direction this mission might be going.
"He might be their leader, but he is not Trigon. So yes, I'm quite confident in taking care of him. I just need you to take care of his dogs while I fight with him" Gwen replied, confidence practically glowing out of her.
Raven nodded after thinking, as the two looked down through the slightly broken roof. There was sounds of chanting coming from below.
"Be careful of his blood magic" Raven said, causing Gwen to nod, before Gwen crawled through the hole, onto the roof of the inside of the Church.
Silently Gwen watched Raven float through the hole, and waited for a few moments, before a
soft boom sounded out, as a magical blast slammed into several cultists.
"Who dares interrupt our ritual!?" Brother Blood roared out, before Raven undid her
invisibility.
"Ah, the runaway daughter...our god will be pleased that you've been found" Brother Blood said with a grin forming onto his face.
Raven rolled her eyes, casting another spell that launched incoming cultists back.
Seeing Brother Blood being occupied, as he and Raven began to dook it out magically, she silently moved closer, her spider senses helping her make sure Raven was okay. Which as far as she could see, she would be.
A soft *Shing* sounded out, as her three adamantium claws came out of her knuckles. Thwipping closer, she dodged the blow from Brother Blood, who finally noticed her.
Without any hesitation, she upercutted Brother Blood, except, with her claws out. Brother Blood, the lead cultist of Church of Blood, had died...quite easily. The adamantium claws sticked through the bottom of his neck, straight through his skull.
Raven's eyes widened at the sight, before shaking it off as she and Gwen went around, quickly dispatching all the cult.
After another few minutes of going around, taking out every cultist they found, within the church, and the underground passages, the two were back in the main room.
Brother Blood's body was already completely nonexistent, burnt to a crisp.
"Sorry you had to see that, Raven" Gwen said with a sigh, knowing the girl would probably
tell the League. But, Gwen was not taking any chances when Trigon was involved.
Raven shook her head "It's okay...it's better that he's dead. If he was alive, he would not stop trying to summon my father"
Gwen smiled slightly at Raven, before noticing a notification glow in her screen.
Task - Kill 10 villains [1/10]
Task - Complete 5 Justice League missions successfully [1/5]

[Hidden Quests Complete]
Kill Brother Blood

Stop the descent of Trigon before it even happens
Reward - 2 SL Tickets.
Save the world once, even if it's indirectly
Reward - 2 SL Tickets.
'Huh...neat' Gwen thought, not entirely surprised that she got rewards, only that she got so
many rewards.
"...What now?" Raven asked, not entirely sure what to do anymore. Brother Blood was dead,
so Trigon wasn't returning, not anytime soon at least.
"Hmmm" Gwen began to contemplate something, before smirking.
Turning to Raven, Gwen decided to ask a rather important question that's been on her mind.
"How would you like to join my Team?"

That's the end of the chapter.
Sorry if it was underwhelming, but it's also realistic to the type of person Gwen is. She's not
dumb enough to give a villain the chance to attack, or get away. This is partly due to her memories, and the type of person she is. If she can take care of a villain, she will, and in the
most efficient way possible.
She got 5 SL tickets, those will be used soon.
There'll be more OC events coming soon, with Gwen having more and more important
missions she goes on.
Her system will be evolving within a few chapters, into something new, that'll have a LOT
more potential for power in the future. I'm also thinking over the next world, but I'm still
deciding.
Next chapter is also longer, like 2k words roughly.
Anyways, have a good day, see you later!
