Seeing that the spirit beasts were quite persistent in chasing after him and the white tigers, Lucas decided to stop running and fight them.

Spring Basilisk, was considered to be a King of serpents when it reached rank 5 or above; however, right now, it was just a serpent with an adult-human waist's thickness.

Thunder Behemoth, a spirit beast that was covered in small lightning flashes.

Bearded werewolf, a cunning and cruel spirit beast with a long beard touching the ground.

'They are all rank 3 and there are no other spirit beasts.'

Lucas heaved a sigh of relief when he saw there were only three rank 3 spirit beasts.

'Also, Spring Basilik and Thunder Behemoth are good choices for me to enter the Lesser knight.'

At the same time, Lucas also found the rank 3 spirit beast he was searching for and felt a little excited.

'But which one should I choose?'

However, there was a new problem and Lucas felt which spirit beast should he choose among the two spirit beasts.

Soon, Lucas felt the sudden increase in his power as he got the system notifications in his head.

'Stall some time with the two spirit beasts while I take care of the thunder behemoth.'

Before rushing towards the thunder behemoth, Lucas left some words to the mother white tiger, who nodded her head with a serious look on her face.

Even though she didn't have enough strength to go against any rank 3 spirit beasts right now, she had the wits to stall for some time.

'Weak point of a thunder behemoth is its neck.'

From his memories, Lucas found out the weakness of the thunder behemoth as he kept an eye for it.

In its neck, there is something called 'Thunder orb' which helps the thunder behemoth to produce thunder energy which can be used for its skills.

However, he didn't go for the next directly as he knew it would not be able to sneak an attack on its weakness as the other party was a powerful rank 3 spirit beast.

Instead, he slashed at its back that was covered in grey-coloured fur.

'As expected of a Thunder behemoth. Its body was refined with the thunder energy.'

There was only a small scratch despite the fact that Lucas used rank 3 short swords to cut.

However, Lucas didn't stop as he slashed two more times before standing in front of the spirit beast.

Even though Lucas only made scratches, the thunder behemoth was very angry as it roared at Lucas.

Soon, its entire body was covered in lighting flashes as thunder resounded in the surroundings before it rushed towards Lucas.

'A thunder charge?'

Lucas revealed a slight smile on his face as he waited for the spirit beast to come closer as he jumped into the air.

The thunder behemoth hit the huge tree behind Lucas and successfully crashed it to the ground.

'If I was a little slower, then I would have started my next life soon.'

Even though he was confident in his skills, he felt a slight fear of seeing the damage done by the thunder behemoth.

Despite that, the spirit beast was still fine as it searched for Lucas.

"Are you searching for me? I am here."

Nevertheless, Lucas stood in front of another huge tree as he shouted at the thunder behemoth.

'Thud thud'

The behemoth repeated the same thing and successfully destroyed another tree.

'Looks like the behemoth's intelligence is less than the baby white tiger.'

Lucas felt funny how such a powerful beast was charging at him without thinking as he said, "You are not going to win with that move."

However, what Lucas didn't know was that until now, it won thousands of battles by using that move and it became furious for failing its favourite attack.

So, it was adamant about killing Lucas with the move to prove Lucas wrong.

'Thud'

After repeatedly slamming into one tree after another, the thunder behemoth collapsed to the ground as it looked at Lucas with an angry look.

'Since you stopped rushing madly, it's my tiger.'

It only took less than five minutes for the thunder behemoth to collapse to the ground and think about the mother white tiger, Lucas didn't want to waste his time talking non-sense.

'Slash'

This time, he directly slashed the throat of the thunder behemoth as it watched Lucas with an angry look in its eyes.

'Sorry, I can't let you off just because you look angry.'

Lucas emotionlessly looked at the thunder behemoth as he watched it twitch on the ground.

'Now, it's time to become the lesser knight. I hope the mother white tiger is still alive.'

Lucas didn't worry about the baby white tiger as he stored it in the system pet space. As for him, he only focused on becoming the baby white tiger as he closed his eyes.
