'What?'

Lucas was surprised by the sudden system notifications in his head and looked at the two elemental lynxes that were glowing with purple light.

'Is it because of the purple-coloured beam from the star lynx?'

Lucas thought it was the only possible way for such system notifications.

'Ding,

          Correct; however, there is another thing that triggered the hidden effect of [Lynx master] and it was the usage of your skill [Absolute digestion].

'Absolute digestion?' That's right! It can not only digest the meat and bonus but it will also digest all kinds of energy as long as the consumer is alive after eating.'

When Lucas thought about it, he could not help but reveal an excited smile on his face  and thought, 'Looks like I made the right choice by asking them to transform into their knight forms.'

Since the skill [Absolute digestion] is one of the skills from his Knight's skillset, Lucas thought he made the right decision.

Without the [Absolut digestion], it would have been impossible for the two elemental lynxes to survive that attack from the star lynx.

'Go ahead with the sub evolution.'

According to the system, he didn't have to provide anything to the elemental lynxes for their sub-evolution. So, he nodded his head and gave permission to the system.

'Ding,

        Detected the dense star energy in the bodies of the two elemental lynxes.

'Ding,

        Conditions for the sub-evolution are met. Initiating the sub-evolution process.

As soon as he gave the permission, a couple of system notifications appeared in his head, informing Lucas about the sub-evolution.

'Swiish'

In the next moment, a bright purple coloured barrier appeared around the two elemental lynxes which sucked the three purple coloured beams.

'What the hell is happening? Why is my energy draining at an incredible speed? Also, why the hell can't I stop this attack?'

Opposite to Lucas' excitement, the star lynx was having a terrible look in its eyes as it looked at the two elemental lynxes.

Not only the two elemental lynxes were completely fine but they were also absorbing its energy while stopping it from cancelling its attack.

Overall, the star lynx was completely clueless about what was happening with the two elemental lynxes and their own body.

'Ding,

        The bodies of the elemental lynxes have collected enough star energy for the sub evolution; however, they can still absorb more star energy.

"So, are you willing to accept your loss? If so, I can ask them to stop sucking your energy."

After hearing the system notification, Lucas asked the star lynx with a slight smile on his face.

Even though he had a smile, Lucas was a little worried about the star lynx because if it was killed, it would be useless for him. Lucas wanted it as it would be the strongest spirit beast under him.

'Even though the two elemental lynxes were able to fight it, it is because of the combined boost from the [Thunder knight's fury] and the third effect of the [Lynx master]. But what if I can use that effect on the star lynx? It will directly become a high-level rank 5 spirit beast and the powerful spirit beast under me.'

This was the current thought process of Lucas regarding the star lynx.

'Grr'

Hearing his words, the star lynx gritted its teeth without showing any signs of accepting its defeat.

Lucas was speechless at the star lynx' attitude and thought, 'Looks it will rather die than accept its loss with its arrogant attitude.'

Lucas started his act as he shook his head and continued, "It's a pity for such a powerful rank 5 spirit beast with a bloodline of Heaven grade spirit beast to die in the claws of the elemental lynxes."

"Don't worry, I will make sure to spread the details about your fight to the death with two elemental lynxes."

'There used to be an arrogant star lynx that died pitifully in the claws of an elemental lynx.'

Lucas used all his talent from his previous life to break down the star lynx completely as it fell to the ground.

After hearing Lucas' words, the star lynx felt that the only way it could avoid such a disgusting ending was by accepting its defeat.

So, gritting its teeth, the star lynx accepted its defeat and from this moment onwards, it would become Lucas' servant.

          Congratulations to the host for gaining the loyalty of a rank 5 star lynx without relying on the beast taming talent.

          Upgrading the host's talent to the earl grade and additionally rewards with a [Lynx lair].

          Please choose a place to start the construction of the [Lynx lair] to start the immediate construction.

As soon as the star lynx accepted the defeat, Lucas received a series of system notifications that made Lucas pleasantly surprised.

'I will wait until I go back to Silverstone town before choosing the place.'

Lucas asked the system to wait as he looked at the star lynx and said, "Good. You are really easy to break."

"Anyway, since you swore your loyalty to me, I will take care of you in return for your services."

Lucas asked the system to stop using the purple beam coming from the star lynx' mouth and saved the star lynx from dying.

'I wonder what they are going to evolve into now?'
