Alongside Mortem, Canna strategically positioned other undead sentinels around the perimeter, ensuring that the village was well-protected from any incursions.

Mira, having received permission to visit Dot, had set off to reconnect with her friend. Canna, recognizing the importance of this personal reunion, allowed Mira to go, understanding that Dot's emotional well-being was crucial. With Mira on her way and his own responsibilities in mind, Canna decided to explore the surrounding forest.

He hoped to uncover any hidden secrets or resources that might be of use, although he knew that his primary mission was already set.

Meanwhile, Thrain, the skilled dwarf, had taken on the task of overseeing the extraction of oogla stones. The process was grueling and meticulous, requiring both precision and endurance. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the village, it was time for farewells.

Canna, joined by Mira and Dot, waved farewell to the villagers. Dot's eyes were misty as she gazed at her father, but after a few reassuring words from him, she turned away with a determined look.
