"Accidents will happen." Zola said as the computer screen shows them HYDRA had killed Howard and Maria Stark making it look like a car accident along with the recent death of Fury. "HYDRA created a world so chaotic that humanity is finally ready to sacrifice its freedom to gain its security. Once the purification process is complete, HYDRA's new world order will arise. We won, Captain. Your death amounts to the same as your Life; a zero sum." hearing this Steve in anger suddenly smashes the computer screen, but doesn't hurt Zola and he continues "As I was saying..."

" What's on this drive?" Steve Rogers asked

" Project Insight requires insight. So I wrote an algorithm." Dr. Arnim Zola said

"What kind of algorithm? What does it do?" Natasha Romanoff asked

" The answer to your question is fascinating. Unfortunately, you shall be too dead to hear it." Dr. Arnim Zola said as suddenly the doors starts to close, Steve tries stops it by throwing his shield in between it but he's too late.

"Steve, we got a bogey. Short range ballistic. 30 seconds tops." Natasha Romanoff stated

"Who fired it?" Steve Rogers asked

"S.H.I.E.L.D." Natasha Romanoff said

"I am afraid I have been stalling, Captain. Admit it, it's better this way. We're both of us...out of time." Dr. Arnim Zola said Steve notices a small opening on the ground, he throws the metal door aside but the blasts they were waiting for didn't happen though they did here a loud boom but it wasn't on this base.

Steve and Natasha stood up and looked at each other in confusion, even Zola looked confused when the ceiling broke down and Kenichi landed on one of the computer braking it.

"Haa.... Seriously do you really have a death wish" Kenichi asked as he jumped down from the broken computer.

"Kenichi! Did you intercept the missile?" Steve asked

"Not just the missile, I took out the jet as well so that they can't shoot another one" Kenichi replied

"Shirahama Kenichi, Born 2 July 1983. It looks like you are the biggest problem of our insight project." Zola said

"Yeah, and I don't have time to deal with you" Kenichi said as he blasts the rest of the computers in the room destroying Zola with it.

"Noo! Stop we still need to find out about Insight project" Steve shouted and rushed to stop Kenichi but before he could Kenichi had already destroyed Zola

"Relax I already know everything there is to know about Project Insight" Kenichi said and motions the two of them to follow as they get out of there.

"What is Project Insight?" Steve asked

"Project Insight is a secret S.H.I.E.L.D. operation initiated as a direct response to the Battle of New York. The project involved three linked Helicarriers that would patrol Earth and, with the use of an algorithm that evaluated an individual's behavior, eliminate humans who posed a possible threat. HYDRA, in their attempt to enforce a new world order, planned to use Project Insight to eliminate any who could potentially pose a threat to them." Kenichi stated

"How does Hydra plans to use it?" Natasha asked

"HYDRA planned on using Arnim Zola's algorithm to root out individuals that would oppose or threaten HYDRA's goals. The algorithm used every variable of a person's life such as bank records, voting patterns, and even standardized testing scores. There are at least 715,854 individuals targeted. Ofcourse all the Avengers are parts of the first culling " Kenichi explained hearing which the two felt chill down their bones. "In total the Project Insight would kill approximately 20 million people in total"

"We need to get back to D.C" Steve said as he turned towards the the other two and said, "We need to stop Hydra"

"Way to state the obvious genius, I already contacted Tony and Thor they will take care of one Hellicarriers each while I will deal with the last one meanwhile you Natasha and the rest will take down SHIELD" Kenichi said

"Kenichi you knew that SHIELD was Hydra when they came to recruit me didn't you?" Natasha asked

"Don't worry Nat, none of the missions you did helped Hydra in anyway I made sure of it" Kenichi said

"But why let me work under them anyway?" Natasha asked

"Because I wasn't sure of it myself first and I couldn't stop you when I know you needed something like this to keep helping" Kenichi replied

"We need to take down SHIELD, then we would need to do it on the day the Hellicarriers go online and release all the information about it to the world" Steve said

"We may need some help, SHIELD will be on guard the moment one of our old friends starts to move, do you know someone where we could lay low for a while before we make a move" Natasha asked to which Steve suddenly remembered someone and stated

"I may know someone"

Returning home from his morning run Sam hears a knock at his door, he opens the door to see Steve and Natasha. Kenichi didn't follow them as he said that he needed to deal with something else, that something else being meeting with Fury and then making sure that Steve meets him and convince him to take down SHIELD.

"Hey, man." Sam Wilson said

"I'm sorry about this. We need a place to lay low." Steve Rogers said

" Everyone we know is trying to kill us." Natasha Romanoff said though it wasn't true she knew it would make Sam feel especial if he decided to help them, Sam pauses a moment before replying.

"Not everyone." Sam let's them enter, later as Steve and Natasha are cleaning up, Steve notices Natasha looking worried

"What are you worried about?" Steve asked

"When I first joined SHIELD, I thought I was going straight. But I guess I just traded in the KGB for HYDRA. Although Kenichi did say that none of missions helped them it still doesn't feel good. I thought I knew whose lies I was telling, but...I guess I can't tell the difference anymore."

"There's a chance you might be in the wrong business." Steve Rogers said hearing which Natasha smiles faintly.

"You know you seem pretty chipper for someone who just found out they died for nothing." Natasha said

"Well, I guess I just like to know who I'm fighting." Steve said

" I made breakfast. If you guys...eat that sort of thing." Sam Wilson said to Steve and Natasha

As they sat in the kitchen eating the breakfast, Natasha spoke, "So we need to find the date on which Project Insight goes online"
