Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!

“Which of the Celestials rule over your star sector?”

Kanna felt her brows furrow and she said something shocking after Han asked her this.

“What is a Celestial? We’re ruled by the Great Overseer, Lord Raphael,”

Han sat up in shock once he heard this! The great what!? It took a second for Han to understand, but once he did, he couldn’t help but laugh loudly! Those Celestials have the biggest egos that I’ve ever seen! The celestials were so bloody full of themselves that I can’t even be surprised by anything that they do anymore! They’re a riot!

Each of the Celestials was acting as the ‘God’ to each of their star systems. So basically, all the star systems don’t know that there is anything like a Celestial or even a creator. They simply believe that the Celestial that is in charge of looking over their planter is ‘God’. The Celestials were literally playing god! They are so desperate for praise and attention that they would even make themselves God!

Han wondered if this was the case with his own planet as well. Were they only worshipping a Celestial and assuming that the Celestial was ‘God’?

Kanna watched Han laugh for a while and she became uncomfortable again. What was so funny about their Great Overseer? He was the strongest being in the universe, so what could be funny about him?

“You chosen are all strange. All of you had the same reaction whenever I tell you about Lord Raphael,”

Hmm. Han smiled at the girl while resting back on his hand. So she knew about the chosen but not about the Celestials? How does that work? Han asked the like about this and she looked surprised again. Like she was sitting in front of an idiot that didn’t know how the world worked. If only she knew how limited her knowledge of the world is!

It turns out that she knew about the chosen because chosen have appeared on other planets in their star system before. The girl said that it is seen as a great honor for a planet to have a chosen and once a planet gets a chosen, the planet will automatically gain independence, and the planet will no longer be ruled by Lord Raphael.

Han immediately understood. A Celestial can’t rule over a planet that had a chosen on them since they would influence the growth of the chosen. So they use the charade of gaining independence to remove that planet from their control!

No wonder Earth isn’t under a Celestial. Since I and the rest of the chosen came from there, then it was illegal for a Celestial to rule over us! There must’ve been a celestial once before and that is the being we now know as ‘God’!

Did I unknowingly give our planet independence? Heh! This shit is fucking hilarious!

When Han stopped laughing, Kanna asked him why he laughed and Han finally told her.

“That Raphael isn’t a god as you all think. He’s just a really annoying bastard that needs a good reality check. He’s indeed stronger than anything your planets will ever be able to fight and he can kill all of you with only a sneeze if he wants to, but don’t call him a god. He doesn’t deserve that much respect,”

Kanna was surprised. So does that mean that there are more people like Raphael out there? Kanna and her planet all thought that Raphael was the strongest being in the universe! They all thought that no one can ever be as a string as Raphael! So this means that there are some beings out there that are just as strong or even stronger than Raphael!?

Is this man as strong as Raphael as well!?

Han was still looking into the sky and he didn’t even bother looking at Kanna. Kanna couldn’t feel any power coming from Han and she knew that this was the same way that it always felt around Raphael. No one could ever feel the power coming out of Raphael, but they all knew that they could never go against Raphael! They have seen other planets try before and it never ended well!

This is a problem. Because she can’t feel any power from Han, she can’t tell who is stronger or weaker between him and Raphael! She was very curious about it and she didn’t know if she should ask! It’s even possible that this man has more power than Raphael! Is this not madness!? What did Raphael send us to fight!?

But even if she can’t tell if Han was stronger or weaker, she still knew that there was no way her people would be able to fight this man and survive. He didn’t even look a little worried about the ambush that they set up at the portal and he was so sure that he would kill all of them. Kanna immediately stood up. Han looked up at her and he rose a brow in surprise as he saw her fall to her knee and she dropped her forehead to the floor in a kowtow!!

Kannas eyes were closed tightly as she spoke!

“I know that it’s not worth much to you. You’re too powerful to care about something small like this. But I’m begging you. Please spare us. We’re the victims caught in the middle of this struggle and I know that we won’t ever be able to beat you. I don’t want to see my family die. I’ll do anything, please,”

This was the highest form of begging on Kannas planet as well as the most embarrassing thing that anyone can ever do. Putting your forehead on the floor means that you are lower than dirt to the person in front of you and it is frowned upon on Kannas planet It is very self-deprecating to even attempt it!

But Kanna didn’t have a choice. She had to do this. She knew that it would be a bloodbath if this man ever decides to fight her people. They are just insects in front of him. She wanted to save her people.

Han was a little surprised by the sudden action. He thought for a moment that Kanna was going to walk away, but when she suddenly kowtowed he didn’t even know what to do. She is begging him for their lives? She is right that their lives aren’t worth much to him and even her doing this won’t make them important to him, but Han hummed as he could hear the desperation in her voice. Han finally spoke after thinking for a moment.

“Just stand up. Seeing you like that is even embarrassing for me.”

Kanna finally stood up and Han was surprised to see that she had tears in her eyes. She was really scared that her family and everyone on her planet would die. Han clicked his tongue and finally spoke up.

“Fine, I’ll spare them, but you have to do something first,”

Kanna looked up in shock! Did he just say he would spare them!? She was so happy! She bowed to him and spoke.

“I don’t care what I have to do! I’ll do anything! I’ll even give you my body if you want!”

Han rose a brow. What the fuck is she talking about?

“Woman, I have eight wives and you’re not as beautiful as even one of them. I don’t need your body for anything,”

Kanna gasped! She was so shocked that she took a step back! She looked at Han with wide eyes and she couldn’t believe what he said! Eight wives! What is someone doing with eight wives!? Wouldn’t that be too much for one man to handle!? Kannas planet was strict about monogamy and your partner was decided for you on your eighteenth birthday, so seeing one man with eight wives was like madness for her! If Han has eight wives then how is he satisfying all of them!? His stamina must be insane!

Han saw the shocked expression on her face and he didn’t understand why she was so shocked.

Don’t misunderstand, Han knew that it was strange to have so many wives, but he didn’t think that Kannas planet also found it strange! Back in the temple, Han never saw anyone that looked shocked by him having so many wives! In fact, all the black stars had more than one partner! Even Quinthreath had many concubines beside his wives!
