Chapter 243: The Angel Summon Token
Chapter 243: The Angel Summon Token
"Agents of light: they are summoned from the light camp warriors. They will have the same level as the player, gain one skill only from him, and need a hundred light points daily to survive.
They can be summoned inside any system facility. Leveling with them will give the player double Xp as a bonus. If a player is killed, the player can sacrifice one agent and get a free revival."
"Hmm light points" Bloom muttered while sitting inside the restaurant of the village. He was deeply immersed in checking his light agent tokens while being all alone inside this expensive place.
Yet a couple of players reached the top level where he stayed and took a corner.
"These light points are equal to the dark ones I guess," he closed the token window and stored them before opening his profile page and found a new option there for the light auction. "Let's see what you got inside."
From first glance he found the auction resembling that of the dark side. "It seems they follow the same pattern," he muttered before opening the window where he was asked to ditch some gears to gain light points.
"Let's see this one here is level forty-five and for berserker," he took out a broadsword and threw it casually inside his window, "let's see how much it will give me."
The sword vanished and the next moment a figure appeared in front of his eyes, dazzling him. "One hundred thousand light points incredible," he was surprised before muttering, "I think I never get such a price from the dark auction."
He didn't know why but he thought there was a deeper meaning hidden here that he didn't get. "Anyway I now have many points to check the auction and buy."
He returned to the main page where he found more items than those presented in the dark one. The dark auction focused primarily over the dark agents and fallen agents tokens, plus some special gears.
But here
"It's all about materials," he was dazzled by the amount, grade, and rarity of all the ores he found in the first page. "But their prices" he frowned when seeing a group of dozen grade black level seventy ores to be sold over a hundred thousand points.
"Wait a minute" his eyes shone, "I can crack these gears all the time and sell them to gain more points."
He was happy to have the Pandora box more than ever. "That box it's getting more important to me," he decided to safely store it away inside a locked warehouse and not carry it along with him.
"Let's see this token," he found a strange token called the angel summon token. He clicked over it and found its price to be extravagant. "Damn! One million light points! And that's the base price only!!"
He was shocked and hurried to check the details of it.
"Angel summon token: unique token that will summon lord grade angel NPC to fight alongside you. The angel will follow you for one hour per day, and you need to provide a hundred thousand light points to use it every time."
"This" Bloom didn't know why but he didn't feel anything special about this token, "why does it have such an immense price?"
He found an option to explain the summoned angel and he simply clicked over it.
"Phew" he couldn't help but suck a cold breath of air when he read the angel description.
"Lord grade angel: It's specialized in AOE skills. Simply using skills to devastate tens of miles in radius isn't a joke. Players can use her as a flying mount, carry them with her insane speed to travel along the map.
Each angel holds the key to the celestial realm, and each time a summoned player can use a new key to enter a new map there.
Warning: the angel is as wise as humans, more arrogant than humans. Getting on the bad side of your angel will make her even refuse to show up. Gaining her favor will give you many benefits according to the state of relationship between you two."
"I should get myself one of those," Bloom laughed while glancing over the sexy real-like image of the angel he could summon, "but one million light points that's not a joke," he sighed before recalling something.
He hurried to open the mission bar and there he found quests issued by light masters with many rewards in return. "Good, at least I can gradually level up myself there and unlock automated quests."
He closed the interface while thinking about his dark auction. There he had now at least fifteen missions being issued on a daily basis, giving him almost one million dark points daily.
Despite his high consumption rate due to his pets, he still managed to save up to three million dark points so far using the help of these quests.
"Who are they?" Finally he spotted the couple sitting at the other corner of the restaurant, eating their meals while enjoying watching him.
Something told him they weren't simple, yet he wasn't weak either.
And once he stared at them, the two smiled and stopped their fake attitude and went directly to him.
"Excuse me," the girl said while playing with her long hair, "are you Hannipal?" she asked with a soft smile that made Bloom swear she must be a real beauty in the real world.
"Who asks?" yet he collected himself while resisting her domineering feminine aura.
"We are simply envoys," the harsh tone of the berserker next to the girl didn't manage to distract his gazes off the perfect body.
"Of whom?" he simply asked and the girl laughed a sweet one that made his heart palpitate.
"Won't you invite us to the table at least?"
"Sorry sweetie," he retreated his back while waving simply to make the four swords rise up in the air, "I've got many enemies to count, so don't take it personal."
"He has some balls," the berserker sneered before adding, "I just saw you take a very fine sword. Having such a sword for you is a sin, you won't appreciate such a gem. Why not toss it over to me?"
Bloom totally ignored him while observing the girl. She didn't stand still while moving her body right and left as if she was exposing her alluring body to him in a very enticing way.
"Sorry man," Bloom smiled, "I just threw it to the trash can."
"What?" the berserker was furious instantly but the girl only lifted a finger to stop him. "We didn't come here to make enemies."
"Then why are you here?"
"To deliver an invitation," she paused while licking her lower lip slowly as she added, "I'm here on behalf of a very strong group, and we want you to join us."
"Join you?" Bloom frowned while the berserker sneered. "Don't get this too much into your head, this is just a test invitation."
"Test?" this time Bloom glanced over the player and suddenly he felt something weird inside the left eye of that player.
He wasn't too much older than him, roughly five years older at most just like the chick next to him. Yet he felt nothing from the girl but her alluring sexual aura, but this man
"Why are you glaring at my left eye?" the berserker noticed his gazes and despite asking, Bloom didn't stop glaring at it. "What is that test? And what's that group you are representing?"
"You don't need to know," the berserker rudely answered while turning to glance in another direction.
"Yet," the girl hurriedly added, "you'll know everything in time."
"You don't tell any," Bloom returned to his normal self again before adding, "and I don't like vague people or mysterious groups."
"He refused, let's go," the berserker turned to leave but the next instant that weak looking sexy chick just grabbed his arm.
And that berserker's body twitched like it was electrified. "Sorry, he is just rude to everyone," she released his arm and Bloom swore he saw smoke coming up from the berserker's head at this moment. "It's just his nature, a berserker after all."
"You are strong," Bloom ignored her words and focused on her actions.
"Is that bad?" she leaned to the table while resting her head over her arms, "or very bad?"
And Bloom couldn't help but swallow his saliva while glancing at this stunning scene of her upper body exposed to him from the loose armor she was wearing.
"What's your group?" he asked, trying to change the subject.
"It's a group of some extraordinary players," she stood straight in a slow motion, "you can consider us the elites amongst elites."
"It's a guild then," Bloom was disappointed.
"We aren't, kid," the berserker returned to his normal attitude yet Bloom ignored him totally.
That girl was the boss, and he liked that boss so much.
"We don't interfere with our members' actions and deeds if that's what concerns you," she directly answered his hidden questions before adding, "all we ask is to gather once per month and help us do something together."
"A quest then?" Bloom tried to reach a common understanding ground with her.
"Indeed it's a quest," she smiled while returning to play with her hair, "but it's a very special kind of quest."
"And the benefits?"
"You need first to succeed to win your spot," the berserker rudely said, and he got another touch from the girl that turned his body like before.
"The test will be conducted in one week, I've sent you a friend request and when it's time I'll tell you everything," she said before taking out a ticket and the berserker hurriedly took another, "you've the choice to either answer the call or refuse to show up. But"
She paused before using the ticket as she added, "we only stretch our invitation once per game."
She activated the ticket and just before she vanished Bloom calmly said:
"It's a bonus by the way."
And she laughed in a very playful way.
