Chapter 406 Chain Mission
"Master, what's your next plan?" Yuki asked as she leaned against my chest while we lay on the bed.
She only needed three hours of sleep to recover, thanks to her high stats and, of course, my own healing abilities.
"For now, it's enough that you've become the clan leader. I'm sure that some of the other clans will cause trouble, so just stay put in this place. If it becomes dangerous, head to the underground base," I replied to her.
The Phoenix and I made a deal, and now her power could be summoned by Yuki at her command.
On a side note.
After completing the mission, the system actually gave me another one: to unite all the clans in Japan.
It turned out to be a chain mission.
It dawned on me that my lies about a looming big war might actually have a very high chance of happening, and the system was preparing me for it.
I had initially thought that the threat posed by the Zol Clan wouldn't be that significant, and perhaps the humans could even neutralize them before they wreaked havoc around the world.
However, I quickly realized I was being overly optimistic. That Zely girl must have had some kind of secret weapon up her sleeve to be this confident.
Back to the main issue .
I would have to send more people here to assist Yuki. I needed to accelerate my plan to create a super army. I wished I had a skill that could teleport me anywhere, but unfortunately, I don't.
So, I had to find another way assist her while I'm in korea.
"How about the way to unlocking the full potential of our weapons? I'm sure my father will want answers," she asked earnestly.
'Oh, I forgot about that,' I sighed to myself. I had asked the Phoenix statue if there was a way to awaken weapons, but she had informed me that such a method did not exist.
'I've watched too many anime and expected that there was actually a second form, like a Bannnkai, in their weapons. But reality is much more boring than I thought,' I lamented, realizing the disparity between fiction and reality.
"Don't worry, I just need to talk to your family," I reassured her. My plan was to exert control over everyone here, making them my puppets to avoid any unexpected incidents.
I also planned to use my Mind Power Sharing and shapeshifting ability to temporarily increase their stats. Since they have swords with them that used to be gifteds, I wanted to see if it could act as an additional battery to sustain the effect of my ability for a longer duration.
If that were to happen, it would really accelerate my plan to build my own super army in secret.
This felt like killing multiple birds with one stone. I just hoped that my luck was high enough to achieve my goals. For now, I would try it on Yuki and see how many days she could sustain the effect without me.
"Thank you, Master," she replied with a warm smile, expressing her gratitude. She then leaned in and kissed me, a gesture of her deep affection.
I kissed her back with equal intensity. It was still early, and my plans for the morning could wait. Right now, I just wanted to enjoy being with her.

The Street of Akihabara welcomed visitors with open arms, just as I had anticipated.
This vibrant neighborhood, known as the haven for anime enthusiasts, was adorned with colorful posters showcasing beloved anime characters, and series.
Maid cafes decorated the busy streets, their cute setups adding to the lively vibe. Each cafe tempted passersby with colorful signs and fun decor, inviting them in to enjoy the playful atmosphere.
The digital billboards illuminated the area even though it was morning, displaying the latest anime releases in all their glory.
There was even a giant 3D screen displaying a clip from a popular anime. It featured a main character who possessed the unique ability to level up while others couldn't.
To be honest, I prefer the artwork in manwa more, but hey, at least it got an anime adaptation.
As I walked around, I noticed plenty of comic book and manga stores nearby. Their windows showed off posters of popular characters, attracting fans looking for new reads.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
Everywhere I looked, there were shops selling merchandise like plush toys, figures, and posters. It was a haven for collectors and fans, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
As for myself, I had swapped my usual attire for a simple gray jacket and look really average.
I wanted to blend in and experience this place incognito, like any regular tourist. It struck me as amusing to think that just a few hours earlier, I had triumphed over an entire clan, and now here I was, in full vacation mode.
I did end up using my shapeshifting ability, but instead of just changing my face, I transformed into an otaku anime character, both in appearance and heart.
I wanted to immerse myself fully in this experience and feel the emotions more deeply. After all, I tend to overthink things when I'm not actively acting .
In a way, my shapeshifting ability enabled me to feel more human, connecting me to the experience on a deeper level.
They say that wealth and power can make you more impulsive, and I suppose I had both in abundance. So, it was only natural that I found myself indulging in this spontaneous trip.
"Hello, sir. Would you like to visit our café?" A young woman with artificial blonde hair and striking blue eyes approached me. She extended a pamphlet adorned with the words [Cutie Maid Cafe.]
"Sure," I replied with a nod.
With a couple of hours to spare before Sung Hei's concert, I figured I might as well give this experience a try.
Besides, I kept thinking about letting loose and having fun while I'm still in Japan. It was a refreshing shift in atmosphere. Not that I'm a serious guy to begin with.
