John slammed into the side of the alpha wolf before slashing its face with his claws.

As if understanding John, the wolf suddenly crouched slightly as John saw its teeth seemed to be getting sharper. 

"Oh, what are you up to?" John asked before saying.

Suddenly the alpha wolf lunged forward and managed to bite John on the neck.

"Oh, do you have a skill unlike the other wolves because you are a veteran mate?" John asked, slightly surprised, before he used his greater strength to shake the wolf off before clawing its face again.

"Not looking so good, their big guy." John said as the wolf was bleeding heavily from its face now and could be seen panting.

"Guess we're near the end." John said before clawing the alpha again.

"And that's that, got to say bear form really is super tanky, though it's attack power is not that good, I hope my next wild morph can help me on the attacking side." 

John looked at the five wolves before he thought of something. 

"Can I skin and harvest herbs while I am in animal form?" 

At this thought John started to use one of the claws on his front paw to try skinning the wolf like he would with his skinning knife.

"Hey it worked." John said happily so he decided to skin the other wolves while in his bear form to save him the trouble of having to go back to human form and pull his knife out.

As he finished skinning the last wolf he heard voices and footsteps as three figures appeared from behind some trees. 

"Look I'm telling you I heard the sound of animals fighting over here." The one in the center said before all three stopped in their tracks as they saw a bear with bloody paws standing over the skinned remains of five wolves.

(Bandits John thought as his bear face did a little grin.) 

"See I told you there were animals fighting, shit look what the bear did to those wolves." Folwin said. 

"Why would a bear attack a group of wolves then skin them?" Gujjab asked, confused. 

"Maybe it wasn't the bear that killed them and only smelt their blood after some people killed them and skinned their fur leaving the carcass." Hedgal suggested. 

"Hmm that does make more sense." Gujjab responded before thinking of something. 

"Hey, I know, why don't we take this bear back to the hideout?" 

"Why would we take a bear back to the hideout, we're the white tiger bandits, not the brown bear bandits." Folwin scoffed. 

"I know but what's the likelihood of finding a tiger out here? You know they live in the deeper parts of the forest where it's more dangerous." Gujjab said before adding. 

"At least if we take the bear back, we can have some entertainment, maybe bet on its fight against other animals." 

"Actually, that's not a bad idea, it's only tigers the boss cares about, she doesn't care about other animals." Hedgal stated. 

Folwin sighed before relenting. 

"Fine but if anyone asks this was your idea, so how do you plan to take the bear back?" 

"Simple, we just use the collar; you know it makes animals as weak as puppies." 

"You want to use a collar meant for a tiger on a bear?" Folwin asked, amazed, before saying. 

"You know it will only work about seventy-five percent on a different animal, right?" 

"Of course I know that, so what if it still has thirty percent of its strength left, it's a young bear and we can handle it." Gujjab boasted. 

"Twenty-five" Hedgal corrected. 

"What?" Gujjab asked confused 

"It's twenty-five... you know what, never mind just get the collar so we can go back, I'm hungry." Hedgal said. 

"On it." Gujjab said with a smile before pulling a collar out of nowhere. 

(I guess the npc's have some sort of magical storage device like those rich people can afford in Atlantia.) 

(Now what should I do about these three, I could take them on now but that's only three bandit insignia's out of the ten I need, maybe I should let them take me back to their hideout) 

(They spoke as if this collar only works fully on the designated animal, so if I wait until I'm alone before I wild morph back to human I should be able to get out of it.) 

With his mind made up John decided to let the three bandits take him back to their hideout. 

As Gujjab started to come closer with the collar John made it appear he was nervous as he backed away. 

"You're never going to catch it at this rate here, let me freeze it in place." Folwin said before he spoke. 

"Frost Ring" 

As he spoke a ring of frost expanded out around him in all directions and froze whatever it touched except his fellow bandits. 

As it hit John he froze in place as notifications appeared.

John tried to move his legs, but they would not budge as they were frozen in place, all he could do was move his upper body. 

"Nice." Gujjab said as he circled around behind John before attaching the collar around his neck.

[Collar of weakness: Tiger: A special collar made by poachers and bandits to capture tigers to then sell on or worse, has reduced effect on animals that are not tigers.] 

[*ERROR* Because you're not really and animal the collar of weakness has no effect] 

"Nice, ok boys let's head back for some grub." Gujjab said happily before pulling John along with the leash attached to the collar.
