After throwing all the subjects into the prison quickly, Yang Qingyue stood alone facing the gazes of onlookers.

Yang Qingyue turned her head to the crowds who awaited her statements and said. "I have already received the message from our commissioner, praising our station for withholding justice firmly no matter who the perpetrator is and expecting our fellow officers to keep their will strong. Everyone can read the paper of what it said later."

"Now what I'll say is important. The commissioner and the mayor have authorized me as an acting police chief as of now. I'll be taking charge from now on. Any questions? Cool. We'll have a meeting later on."

The officers who were preparing for the mission were stunned for a while when Yang Qingyue allowed them to carry firearms and even permitted them to open fire.

The team dispersed to make an arrest while Yang Qingyue summoned several departments for their vital help.

20 minutes later, the station resumed its duty in contrast to the previous dumbfounded stage. Yang Qingyue stood in the police control room, overseeing her subordinates' arrest process.

She mobilized a quick reaction force, ready to move at a moment's notice, should the situation call for the decision. The entire station remained tense—one side worried about the arrest going on and the other side wondering whether they would be liquidated in the future.
