Chapter 85: Seeing him again after so long 4

EDEN ESTATES

LIYAH'S VILLA.

It was already late morning when Liyah woke up. She didn't see Leo beside her when she opened her eyes. When Liyah tried getting out of bed she felt pain in her legs reminding her of last night's activity. So, it wasn't a dream? It was real and it did happen. She mustered a lot of courage and strength before getting off the bed and almost tripped and fell back into the bed.

Liyah went into the bathroom first to freshen up. As she was scrubbing her body she felt a metallic object pierce her skin and she looked at her hands. It was then that she saw a ring on her finger. It was a beautiful crytal ring made of diamond and had a lot if jade around it. it was beautiful and shiny and the size of the pure jade almost turned her blind. She was surprised.

Liyah immediately turned off the shower and stared at her finger. When did she have such a ring? There was only one answer. Leo Martins. But when did he put this ring on her without her notice? As thoughts filled her mind, Liyah failed to notice the presence of the culprit who slipped the ring into her finger. She was too engulfed in looking at the ring when suddenly two mini creatures appeared before her. Pink Liyah sat on the shower head while black Liyah flew around.

'Congratulations, Liyah. He just proposed after last night's passion. Ohh, this is so romantic' black Liyah said and pink Liyah shook her head.

'Thisis all thanks to me. If it wasn't for my advice and encouragement. Would she have ripped such a reward?'.

'What matters is that she had him to herself. The ring signifies that he has chosen her and is ready to spend the rest of his life with our Liyah' black Liyah said.

Liyah nodded her head and looked at the ring again and smiled happily.

Leo Martins stood at the door watching her. He wondered what she was doing because she looked quite busy as she focused on something he couldn't tell.

He smiled and removed his clothes and tiptoed into the shower and stood behind Liyah. He held Liyah's waist and pulled her naked body closer to his. Liyah stiffened as she heard his voice 'good morning honey'. Liyah flushed and tried to turn and face him but her held her sturdy and his hand started tracing the ring on her finger.

'It fits so well; I was afraid it wouldn't'. Leo said as he continued to trace her fingers.

'When did you put this on me?' Liyah asked as they stood close to each other skin on skin close. Leo kissed her neck and chuckled as he said 'last night, before I entered you I slipped the ring on your finger, before I made love to you last night'.

Liyah flushed and felt that her whole body was becoming hot again. Leo's hands started roaming her body as the water splashed on their bodies.

'What is the meaning of this ring? Why did you put it on me? Did you think I will ask you to take responsibility for last night?' Liyah asked as her voice choked.

'I told you not to let your mind go wild, didn't I?' Leo turned Liyah to face him. Her very sight aroused him again. 'Listen to me. I want to be responsible for you. You make me want to be a better man. A man you can trust your future with.

Liyah, I am not making you any empty promises. I want to take care of you for the rest of our lives. I don't know how to plan and make a romantic confession and I am not a man who follows the norm. I only do me and you might have realised that by now. Liyah, let's get married when Aaron returns, mm?'

Liyah stared at Leo speechless but couldn't hide the smile across her pretty face. He was right. He was a man who didn't follow the norm and did only what he did best. Who proposes in the bathroom? He was probably the only man who did that which somewhat made Liyah feel weird and happy.

Indeed, life with this man will always be one of surprises and at this point she really wanted to see how many more surprises he had in store for her. Liyah chuckled and shook her head as she looked at Leo. She didn't know when it started. But, she realised she loved this man so much and didn't want to be apart from him anymore.

'Why are you laughing?' Leo asked curiously with puppy eyes.

'Leo, you are really a strange man full of surprises. Who proposes in the bathroom?' Liyah said between her chuckles. 'You are unbelievable. Unpredictable and spontaneous but maybe that's why I love you so much' Liyah added.

'Is that a yes?' Leo asked as his hand started teasing her, running his fingers up and down her tickling her right breast. It aroused her and made her flush at how shameless the man could be.

'I really want to see how much more surprises I will be in for, so yes. We were never really a normal couple to begin with'. Liyah said.

'Right? We were never normal to begin with and that makes everything beautiful. You are beautiful and flawless and even though I know you might be hungry I still can't help but want to ravish you in this space here and now. I prepared you something to eat but can you tell me that can wait? Seeing you naked drives me insane, darling'. Leo played with her breast as he spoke making Liyah weak.

She flushed and nodded shyly and immediately, Leo captured her lips and kissed her sensually, while his hand slowly moved down to her core working and turning her into a moaning mess. He pushed her against the wall as her moaning increased his own arousal.

Soon, the air in the bathroom turned erotic and what was heard was their breathes and bodies that became one once again.

After their hot session in the bathroom, Leo helped Liyah to clean up her body that had become weak out of exhaustion because of what they did. He lifted her bridal style and sent her to the bed.

Leo helped her to pick a suitable outfit and helped her to put it on. He blow dried her hair and even braded it into a simple corn-roll style. Liyah sat on the table and watched him messing with her hair and laughed. His actions were clumsy as he braided her hair.

'Are you sure you know what you are doing, Mr. Martins? I feel that I might not be able to go out after you finish with my hair?' Liyah said.

'Just you wait and see, Miss Myers, how I make turn you into a gorgeous and beautiful woman' Leo said and added 'finished!!'

'This is it? Are you done?' Liyah asked and looked at her hair through the mirror.

'Yes, I'm done. Look, you look so beautiful now'. Leo said.

'I think you just did that intentionally? You don't want anyone to look at me when I go out right?' Liyah asked and he nodded his head.

'Right. So, don't you dare do anything to the hair. Only I can admire you' Leo said and Liyah frowned before laughing.

Liyah was weak after all that but she had to go and visit August. August Maijune was likely going to throw a fit because of the lateness but she knew just what to do to make that girl happy. August was like a puppy to Liyah, her happiness consisted of only the smallest things in life.

Liyah and Leo ate their breakfast which had now turned to lunch and changed quickly and left to the hospital. Leo dropped Liyah off and went to his house to have a change of clothes and also inform his old man about the good news.

Liyah waved him goodbye at the entrance and turned to go inside. She looked at the bag of snacks and healthy drinks she bought on the way in her hands. She was sure August Maijune would forgive her when she saw the goodies she brought her. Liyah was in a good mood and walked into the hospital happily unaware of the strange eyes at a corner fixated on her.

August Maijune swallowed her medicine and handed the glass of water to Dr. Kash and said 'happy?'

Kash chuckled and replied 'yes, now I can tell Aaron Saint that you took your medicine on time'.

Aaron Saint, at the mention of the name August Maijune felt a certain emptiness inside her heart. He hasn't really returned since that day. Was he never going to come back again? It was already two weeks since he left.

August Maijune nodded her head and looked away. She didn't know what she felt anymore.
