Chapter 478: Chapter 478 - You could Actually Fly!

Broken ran with incredible speed, his feet barely seeming to touch the ground as he activated his Dash skill. He surged forward, his entire body enveloped in a bright green light, which glowed and flickered around him. The air whistled past, and the landscape blurred at the edges of his vision as he propelled himself ahead, faster and faster.

He could only summon Gaia for five minutes. But seeing the overwhelming number of monsters in front of him, he had no other choice-he had to go all out!

The figure of Gaia, the Nature Spirit, materialized behind him, floating effortlessly. Illuminated by the silvery moonlight, her form seemed to be composed of a blend of flowers, and vines, swirling and wrapping around her like ivy, as if she were one with the forest itself.

"Master... I fear that my current strength will not be sufficient to complete this task. There are an overwhelming number of monsters."

Broken responded firmly, "I know, but we must keep trying."

[Nature's Wrath (Active Skill)]

Ten massive green tentacles, resembling powerful whips, erupted from the ground, flailing and twisting with tremendous force. Each movement shook the earth, and the air around them surged as if it were alive.

The tentacles lashed out at the monsters, hurling them through the air like they were weightless. Each one striking precisely, pulverizing their enemies with overwhelming strength.

As Broken activated his next skill, a brilliant green light lit up the night sky around him. There was an immense explosion from the ground, and the forest seemed to answer his call. In an instant, twelve nature beasts emerged from the ground.

The situation was critical, and Broken only had a small window of time to make every move count.

"Pawpaw! Go on-go on a rampage!" he commanded.

"Food! Pawpaw will eat until full!" the little demon beast chirped.

Suddenly, an explosion of shadows burst forth from Pawpaw's small, floating form. The shadowy blood energy spread swiftly, enveloping the entire battlefield. Vermilion Dusk, cascaded over the area, its inky tendrils spreading in all directions, writhing like living entities as they went on a savage rampage.

The darkness twisted and coiled, consuming everything in its path, an unstoppable force of raw, chaotic power unleashed upon the monsters that dared to stand in their way.

Pawpaw moved like a force of nature, his form barely visible within the swirling darkness as he lashed out at the monsters in every direction, tearing through them with brutal ferocity.

Pawpaw, completely lost in his bloodlust, meowed in delight. "More food! More monsters! Pawpaw is hungry!"

Broken's eyes sharpened as a sudden notification appeared before him. "Emergency Quest?" [The Prophecy Must Be Fulfilled]

It was time for another upgrade-to ensure they could end this, once and for all.

Out of nowhere, Polly appeared, instantly taking on her massive form. Broken fought to carve out some space, lashing out at the monsters that swarmed him from all directions.

He snatched a Monster Soul Stone from his Inventory.

That was the Monster Soul Stone he got after killing someone from the Horde of Hell. Broken

had forgotten the guy's name.

"Polly, I want you to absorb this Monster Soul."

"Yes, Master."

Broken then leaped onto Polly's back, tossing the Monster Soul into the white fox's mouth. With one hand gripping his spear tightly and the other clutching Polly's fur, he leaned forward as she sprang into the air.

Broken unleashed an area attack from his Wavebreaker Spear. Dozens of magic circles materialized mid-air, raining spears down to the ground below. A giant wave followed, crashing into the monsters and pushing them back, though it wasn't enough to kill them. Broken pulled something out from his inventory-a card with a picture of vampiric bats.

[Vampiric Swarm State (Active Skill)]

Immediately, hundreds of bats materialized around him, scattering in all directions. Against an enemy force of this size, this skill would be highly effective.

Without hesitation, he activated yet another area skill, this time from the Bedrock Breaker

Pickaxe.

Massive boulders rained down from the sky, and a gigantic worm emerged, its mouth gaping

wide, devouring everything in its path.

But even with all of this power unleashed, the monsters kept coming-there were still too

many!

Broken continued to fight, pushing himself to use whatever he had left, drawing on every ounce of strength and every skill at his disposal.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

Suddenly, a dazzling white light began to radiate from Polly's body. It was blinding, its glow

growing stronger and spreading further, cutting through the darkness that engulfed the

battlefield.

"Polly? A transformation?"

"Yes, Master, I've received an upgrade."

Broken could feel the surge of power rushing through his veins as he clung tightly to Polly.

"I hope this upgrade will turn the tide of this battle," he muttered.

Polly's body began to shimmer, each pulse growing brighter until a radiant white light burst

outward in a sudden, blinding flash.

Then, out of nowhere, two majestic wings unfolded from her back!

Their brilliance was so intense that Broken had to squint, and he instinctively tightened his grip on her fur. The wings moved with a perfect blend of grace and raw power. With each beat, they sent ripples of energy across the battlefield, causing the air itself to

vibrate, as if announcing a new force had entered the fray. "Polly!" Broken exclaimed. "I never imagined you could actually fly!"
