Chapter 453: Chapter 453 - I’ll Destroy the Town!

Around twenty carriages, shrouded in a thick black fog that concealed their occupants, rumbled through the desert, pulled by lizard-like beasts with blistered skin and cloaked in dark energy. These creatures, resembling the undead, snarled and snapped their jaws as they strained to haul the massive carriages across the desolate sands.

The dark energy surrounding the caravan formed a dome, expanding outward like a cloud, trailing their every move as if it were a living entity. With each step the monstrous beasts took, the desert seemed to rot further, as though their very presence was spreading a plague through the barren land.

Instantly, the comments section exploded with reactions.

"Wow... They look incredible!"

"Galactron, their Guild Master, is the Necromancer."

"How can an undead army even survive under the sun for that long?"

"Didn't you see that massive dome-shaped dark barrier following them?"

"Yeah, what is that?"

"I think it's a Domain Skill. One of them must be able to cast a huge Domain Skill, allowing the undead to survive in daylight."

"That's such an overwhelming show of power. How can the Ass Guild stand a chance against them?"

"No idea. Seeing how strong the Shadow Wolves are with two Champions of Gluttony, it's obvious the Ass Guild won't dare to act. Now, with another major guild joining the fray, the Ass Guild's days of arrogance are numbered. This is the beginning of their downfall."

"Well, I'm worried Slumdon Town is going to be completely destroyed because of this. I'm sure a massive war is about to break out."

"Yeah, I'm curious too. I want to see just how powerful Galactron really is."

"People say Galactron is super smart, even smarter than Maylock."

"No way! He's just a kid!"

"Well... an Asian kid, hahaha."

Dozens of carriages, pulled by undead creatures lumbered toward Slumdon Town. As they approached the outskirts, the monsters suddenly halted.

Dark energy began to seep from their bodies like thick smoke, descending in heavy clouds. It slowly enveloped the monsters. As the black mist sank into the earth, the creatures vanished without a trace.

Everyone watching online couldn't help but marvel at the display.

"That was quite a show of strength!"

A female reporter, dressed in an archer's suit, cautiously stepped through the gates of Slumdon Town.

"Hello, viewers," she began. "You've just witnessed the Horde of Hell's impressive display of power. Now, let's see if we can speak with one of their members and uncover their purpose for being here. Are we correct in predicting a war on the horizon? That would certainly be an interesting development."

From the front carriage, a man in heavy armor stepped out.

"Look, it's SpeedGang!" the reporter exclaimed. "Let's go approach him."

She quickly sprinted toward the player, eager to get the scoop.

Before the reporter could even ask a question, SpeedGang shouted, "I challenge anyone in this town to fight me! If no one steps up, I'll destroy this place immediately!"

The reporter quickly responded, "SpeedGang, your arrival was quite unexpected. Was this conflict planned ahead of time? Did the Ass Guild know about this?"

SpeedGang let out a laugh. "Who said anything about the Ass Guild? I'm not here for them. I just want to have some fun with this useless town. They've got nothing to do with it. Besides, I've heard rumors about the Mayor here. Apparently, he's got multiple classes, huh?"

"So, your target is the Mayor?"

"Yeah, I'm here to crush him- and this stupid town while I'm at it. I'm not kidding around. I need some entertainment, so don't waste my time. Hahaha!"

The internet exploded with reactions to SpeedGang's bold declaration, flooding the comments section.

"So, SpeedGang's only target is Broken, huh?"

"Ugh, I'm disappointed. I was hoping for a full-scale war."

"Why don't they just go to war already?"

"Yeah, it's so rare to see guild wars broadcast live!"

"I want to see them crush the Ass Guild!"

"This is going to be boring. No way Broken has the guts to come out."

"Damn, I want to see SpeedGang torture Broken. I hate that guy and his stupid luck!"n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"Right? Players who rely on pure luck don't last long in this game."

"Broken's too cocky with what he's got, but now his precious little town is going to be wiped off the map by the Horde of Hell."

"But why is only SpeedGang here? Where are the rest? I wanted to see their Guild Master, Galactron."

"If it's just Broken, the genius Galactron doesn't need to bother. He only shows up for worthy opponents."

"I hate Broken too! He's way too close to Princess Alora."

"Yeah, getting close to Princess Alora is an unforgivable sin!"

"Let him learn his lesson today."

At the House of Slumdon, several members of the Ass Guild, including Freya, Elincia, Maylock, Goldrich, and Jovina, had gathered alongside Broken. The tension in the room was

thick.

Jovina, clearly frustrated, broke the silence. "Elincia, this is so stupid. Let me go out there and teach that idiot SpeedGang a lesson!"

Elincia responded calmly, "Jovina, we're not afraid of him. But we have to take careful steps

to avoid even greater risks."

Jovina shot back, "Who cares about the risk? Let me kill him and deal with the consequences myself. Seeing morons like SpeedGang makes my blood boil."

Despite the heated exchange, Broken remained calm, sitting quietly in his chair.

"Broken," Jovina pressed. "I'm asking for permission to leave Slumdon and handle

SpeedGang on my own, without involving the town."

Broken finally spoke. "Jovina, I've been thinking the same thing. I was definitely upset when someone threatened to destroy the town I've worked so hard to build."

"I'll handle it," Jovina insisted. "You don't need to be involved."

Before she could continue, Elincia cut in. "Maylock will explain why we can't just react to their

provocations."

Maylock stood, drawing the attention of everyone in the room.

"Broken," he began, "I want to be clear-I'm not here to sway your decision. You're free to

choose what you believe is best, and whatever you decide, I'll stand by it, even if it goes

against my recommendation."

Broken gave him a nod. "Please, Maylock, explain your reasoning in more detail."

All eyes turned to Maylock as he prepared to lay out his argument.
