Her Husband is My Lover

Edward just stared at the door from where George left... 

He shouted in anger and throws everything from her desk and things he found at the moment.

"Valentina... I will not leave you!" Edward shouted as he remembers what George said and shouted again.

"You need to face me now!" Edward said as he laughed out loud.

"I know, it's not easy... But you will get down on your knees for me! That's for sure!" Edward said as he laughed out loud and grabbed his phone. 

He dialed Rose and she answered the call in 5 rings.

"Hello." Rose said on the call.

"Hello, baby... Did I disturb you?" Edward asked.

"Dad?" Rose asked as Edward chuckled.

"Yes... Are you sleeping? Sorry for distributing... Get back to sleep!" Edward said.

"No, Dad... It's fine... Tell me..." Rose replied.

"Is Xavier near you?" Edward asked.

"No, Dad... He went out for a walk!" Rose answered.

"Ohh..." Edward replied.

"Is everything alright, Dad? Is something wrong? You sound sad?" Rose asked.

"No, Love..." Edward answered.

"Dad... I know you so well... Tell me what happened?" Rose asked making Edward sigh.

"Well... It's good news for you though!" Edward answered making Rose frown.

"Good news? What is it?" Rose asked and Edward can see the excitement in her voice and that made him smile brightly.

"We are going to reveal about you and Xavier's wedding!" Edward answered with a smile.

"What?" Rose shouted and Edward chuckled. 

"Are you serious?" Rose asked with excitement and happiness in her voice.

"Yes, Love!" Edward answered.

"Oh my god. I can't believe it!" Rose replied making Edward laugh out loud. 

"I am serious... We are going to reveal it!" Edward said.

"But why suddenly?" Rose asked and Edward stopped smiling.

"You don't have to know that, Love. But whatever you wished is happening right now... I am sorry I couldn't reveal it before..." Edward said and Rose shook her head at the other side.

"It's fine, Dad... I know you so well... You will not do anything until you are sure about it and I guess, you are sure about our relationship and that is why, you are revealing about us right now!" Rose replied with a smile and Edward nodded his head.

"Yes, Love." Edward said and Rose laughed and listening to her laughing, Edward laughed brightly.

"Are you happy?" Edward asked.

"So happy, Dad... I am so happy!" Rose answered.

"I love you, Dad." Rose said as she smiled.

"I love you too, My sweetheart!" Edward replied with a smile.

"I will tell this to Xavier..." Edward cut off Rose in mid-sentence.

"No." Edward said making Rose frown at the other side.

"What?" Rose asked.

"No. Don't tell anything to Xavier right now! Let the news come out first... You can surprise him!" Edward answered.

"Surprise?" Rose asked.

"Yes!" Edward answered and Rose sighed.

"What happened, Love?" Edward asked.

"Even though if I tell him or not... He will not gonna be happy but mad for revealing about our marriage! He will surely doubt on me!" Rose answered.

"Love... Don't worry! His dad will manage him." Edward said.

"Are you sure, Dad?" Rose asked.

"Yes, Love. Don't worry!" Edward answered.

"You are the best!" Rose replied and Edward laughed.

"Yeah... Umm... Rose?" Edward called making Rose frown.

"Yes, Dad?" Rose asked.

"Are you sure that Valentina likes Xavier?" Edward asked.

"Yes, Dad... She used to like him when we were in high school but I don't know about now... But they are best friends!" Rose answered.

"Yeah... I know, they are the best friends!" Edward replied.

"Why, Dad? Is there something I need to know?" Rose asked.

"No, Love. Just enjoy your honeymoon and leave everything to me!" Edward answered with a smile.

"Alright... If you say so. Take care, Dad!" Rose said on the phone. 

"Take care, Love!" Edward replied on the phone as they both ended the call

Edward sighed as he ended the call. He grabbed his suit and walked out of his office. He got inside the elevator and reached the lobby. He walked out of the lobby and there stood his driver opening his car door. 

He got inside the car and the driver closed the car door. 

"Jackson Company!" Edward said and the driver started the engine and started driving. 

'So, Valentina likes Xavier? But why she didn't pursue him? It's so easy for her though!' Edward thought.

'These people are so confusing.' Edward thought.

"And who are they that George mentioned? Who still knows about the truth?" Edward asked himself. 

"Heck, this is irritating!" Edward said as he sighed and leaned his head over the seat closing his eyes.

Just then, his phone pinged with a message. He took out his phone from his suit and looked at th message from his PA.

"Hey, baby... When you are reaching home?" His PA sent the message and Edward rolled his eyes. He immediately dialed her and in just 2 rings, she answered the call.

"I want you to enquire about Valentina and I want her every little detail on my table until tomorrow morning! You getting it?" Edward asked with a professional tone.

"Yes, Mr. Morton!" His PA replied.

"And I am about to reach Valentina's company. Find out of she is in office or not! Quick!" Edward said.

"Yes, Mr. Morton!" His PA replied and he ended the call. 

He closed his eyes and rested a little until his phone rang.

He looked at the caller id and saw his PA name on the screen.

"Mr. Morton, Ms. Jackson is not in New York. She is on holiday with Mr. Aniston." His PA said on the phone.

"Jason?" Edward asked.

"Yes, Mr. Morton!" His PA answered.

"Alright!" Edward replied and ended the call. 

"What the fuck is going on?" Edward asked himself as he sighed.

"Jason..." Edward took his name.

"You are something more than what I thought!" Edward said as he sighed.

"I will find out everything! Very soon." Edward said as he sighed. 

MEANWHILE.

"What?" Jason shouted on the phone.

"Yeah, Mr. Jason!" His PA answered.

"But why?" Jason asked.

"I don't know the reason too... His PA asked Ms. Jackson's appointment." His PA answered.

"I don't know if Valentina would like to meet him or not!" Jason said on the phone.

"Yeah... But somehow, he got to know that She is on a holiday with you!" His PA replied.

"Are you serious? No one knows that Valentina is out on a holiday with me but just a trustworthy person... I am sure they will not keep out these types of things out... Something is going on! I want you to find it out. You getting it?" Jason asked on her phone with a stern voice.

"Yes, Mr. Jason!" His PA answered. 

"I will let you know about things! Take care, Mr. Jason!" His PA said.

"Yeah..." Jason replied as he ends the call. 

"What happened, son? Why are you shouting? And on who are you shouting on?" Elijah asked as he walked downstairs from the stairs.

"Edward PA asked for Valentina's appointment, Dad! And he somehow got to know that Valentina is with me!" Jason answered.

"What? Why does he need her appointment?" Elijah asked.

"And what will happen if he gets to know that she is with you?" Margaret asked as she walked toward them from the kitchen.

"Seriously, Mom?" Jason asked and Margaret raised her eyebrows.

"Leave her silly questions, Son!" Elijah said making Margaret roll her eyes.

"Why does he wants her appointment?" Elijah asked and Jason shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know too... He was about to drop by her company too it seems." Jason answered making Elijah sigh.

"Well... Leave about him... I really don't like that guy... I don't even want to hear his name in my home. Where is Val by the way?" Margaret asked.

"Ohh... I don't know..." Jason answered and Magaret looked at him.

"Seriously, Jason? Keep an eye on her... Her health is not well." Margaret said and Jason nodded his head.

"I saw her on the farm from our upstairs balcony!" Elijah replied and Margaret nodded her head.

"Alright!" Margaret said and walked out of the house toward the farm. Jason followed her behind her and walked outside the house towards the farm.

They all saw Valentina smiling brightly as she talked with the workers on the farm and helping them out.

Jason just kept staring at her as she laughed out loud with them all... She didn't at all looked at her status or anything. Jason knows that Valentina is a girl who loves to enjoy everyone's company... He smiled as he saw her helping them.

"She looks so beautiful while laughing!" Margaret said and Jason nodded his head.

"Yeah... She does!" Jason replied as he kept staring at Valentina. 

"Yes... Just make very daughter in law... I will be more than happy!" Margaret said making Jason look at her.

"What?" Jason asked.

"What what?" Margaret asked.

"What did you just say?" Jason asked.

"Make her my daughter in law... I will be more than happy!" Margaret answered.

"Don't keep high hopes. She is in love with Xavier Avalanzo." Elijah replied.

"He is married. He can never be Valentina's." Margaret said.

"Well... He can if he takes Divorce from Rose!" Elijah replied.

"Can you just shut your mouth? Let my som try his best!" Margaret said making Elijah shook his head.

"Yeah... Let him to try to get heartbroken at the end!" Elijah sajd making Margaret roll her eyes. Jason sighed as he heard Elijah said.
