Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Captain Howland is waiting for others to unload the goods fast.

The high-level Wizards around them noticed something unusual. However, they are unable to directly confront the foreigners about this strange phenomenon.

Some people are greedy, though. They thought the Merchant Alliance Air ship was carrying a Magical Artifact. It was the one plausible explanation.

Soon, the greedy wizards began to share the news.

30 minutes later,

The remaining goods were unloaded successfully. Without giving anyone time to take rest. Captain Howland ordered the workers to board the Airship.

When everyone was on board. The Merchant Airship departs from the place.

I am not sure what is going on around me. I feel as if darkness has enveloped me. I am still experiencing head splitting pain.

However, I have gained a good understanding of Gravity Mana. Right now, I feel much more connected to the Gravity Mana Particles.

The physique is undergoing transformation. The Gravity Mana Core is being strengthened. The mana-carryingying veins become more sensitive to Gravity Mana. The Meridians are becoming wider and stronger.

A large amount of black impurities are being expelled from the body.

The bones are becoming much more sturdy. Because of the level-100, the Physique has completely transformed into the Special Physique.

30 minutes later,

I opened my eyes abruptly when I realized the splitting headache was gone.

The following moment, I felt changes in my body. The body appeared lighter. When I attempted to run the mana. It moved quickly and smoothly through the veins.

My eyes showed a hint of disbelief.

I began to examine the veins carefully. I quickly realized they had changed. Just like my mana core. My veins have developed a special quality.

I can now easily absorb Gravity Mana particles from my surroundings. I do not have to exert too much concentration.

Similarly, I can restore lost mana using special mana veins.

The Status Panel showed up. My gaze swept over the information. Seeing that the information about Physique and Ability has changed.

My eyes brighten briefly.

Both the Physical and Ability stats have been completed. The system is no longer displaying the progress bar.

My attention was drawn to the word "Wizard" before the physique. I can clearly see the changes happening internally. The body has shifted from human physique to specialized physique. The new gravity mana veins are evidence of this.

However, the change in physique did not improve my talent. It has only made mana absorption and recovery more efficient.

Next, I focused on the Ability Stats. It has transitioned from passive gravity pressure to gravity manipulation.

I believe this ability is related to my physique. Otherwise, it would not have progressed alongside the physique.

A hint of curiosity appeared in my eyes.

I considered trying out my new ability. The next moment, I sat cross-legged, looking at objects around me.

I used the ability the next moment. I gained some control over the objects surrounding me. I instinctively considered increasing the gravitational force.

The various items are immediately crushed by the pressure. I was unaffected, so I tried to reduce the Gravitational Force. The crushed dust particles started to float.

When I saw that, I had a moment of clarity. I basically understood the gist of it.

Then I stopped using the ability.

However, my curiosity grew. I know the Ability; unlike spells, it does not deplete my mana. Then there must be another loss.

I called up the status panel again.

The status panel appeared. Then I began to go through the details. I noticed a drop in my mental power. When I checked other stats. They basically remained the same.

"So, my ability is related to mental power. It was not as good as the magic spells. But it will come in handy in special circumstances," I reminded myself.

I recalled when it started. It was due to the blood drop of an Ancient Serpent. To think it had helped to gain special physique and ability. My mouth curves into an arc.

Maybe it is the path of the bloodline wizard. It differs from the Elemental Wizard Path. I have not detected any special bloodline yet. But I believe with the new physique and ability. I have gained access to another path.

It was just a stroke of luck. I happened to stumble upon that ancient snake blood. But I do not have the time or desire to pursue this path.

My inheritance comes from the Gravity Ancestor. It was sufficient for me to reach the peak. Maybe in the future, I can explore another path.

At this point, I have made a significant decision regarding my future development. I will not recklessly consume anything related to Gravity Magic.

Because it could be the source of a different Wizard Path. If that happens, my development may be slowed down.

Now I do not have to worry about the presence of unknown ancient snake blood in my body. Since it has completely assimilated into my body, granting me a new physique.

They immediately left their positions to participate in the interception. These individuals are from major families and organizations.

They had performed a background check on the Merchant Airship. No one important is currently aboard that airship.

They are aware that the Merchant Alliance was made up of medium-sized wizard families. They cannot be compared to the Bright Nation's top forces.

So, even if they destroy the airship, no one will hold them accountable. Everyone is waiting for the right moment to ambush.
