“They should be awake by now. I sang another song to deal damage to them, but I made sure that none of them would die.”

“Yes, we don’t have to cause unnecessary bloodshed. I’m pretty sure there’s a reason behind their sudden change,” Siegfried said while nodding.

“By reason you mean...?”

“Hmm... Maybe something like having their minds controlled by Inkarthus?”

“That is a valid point,” Gringore replied.

“Ah, why don’t you control your skill better next time? How could you even send your own allies to sleep?”

“M-My apologies, sire,” Gringore replied while profusely sweating. Then, he explained, “The glacial cavern was so narrow that the soundwaves bounced all over the place, making it impossible to control.”

“Nah, it’s nothing,” Siegfried replied with a shrug. Then, he said, “But this is a big problem. There’s no way we can reach that place in time now that the Extreme Frost Road is gone.”

There were no other methods to reach the central region in a short period of time except for the Extreme Frost Road. The Arctic Pangea did not have any warp gates, and using teleportation magic would prove difficult due to the intense magnetic waves coming from the ocean floor, which disrupted the flow of teleportation.
