When Aren opened his eyes, he saw an unfamiliar ceiling and found himself on a bed.

He stood up feeling refreshed and in great shape like never before, but the incident regarding his mother, Quinn, Luna, and Hemila caused him some depression.

However, he also believes that he can revive them if he works hard and gets stronger in the wild expanse before defeating the so-called despair.

He then got off the bed and noticed that his tattered leather armor was on the floor.

"Oh, you woke up, young man? hahaha, you sure slept for a long time."

Suddenly an elder appeared out of nowhere, it seems that he left the wild expanse and arrived in this room since he must have entered there from this room.

Aren instantly recognized the old man since he was the hotel owner, and he talked to him a few days ago.

"I saw you were laying outside, so I brought you inside. It seems that you worked a bit too hard inside," The old man said with a smile.

"Thank you for help." Aren nodded and thanked the old man.

The old man laughed out loud with energy and said, "Well, thanks to you, I've become quite stronger and energetic. Even more than my prime days."

A small smile appeared on Aren's face hearing that, "That's good. So how long have I been sleeping?"

"Hmmm, I picked you up twenty-two hours, so you've slept for at least twenty-two hours. Anyway, why don't you get a shower and change your clothes? After that, you can return to Wild Expanse."

Aren looked through the window and saw that it was evening, 'I guess I slept for one day since when I returned, it was also evening.'

Aren then took up the offer to use the hotel's bathroom as he took a good shower. The old man gave his son's clothes to Aren, and although they were a bit bigger, he wore them for now.

After eating, Aren decided to leave as he bid farewell to the old man. In response, the old man said with a kind smile, "Young man, I don't know what you experienced, but I sure hope and wish that you get success in whatever you do from now on."

Hearing that, Aren nodded with a small smile and thanked the elder before he told the old man to be careful inside the wild expanse and disappeared as he went inside the wild expanse.

Aren entered inside as he appeared outside of the cave at the same spot.

The first thing he did was to check the rewards he got. He took out a scroll which seemed to be the Demon Yakum's spinergy method, and as soon as he opened it, the scroll shined and disappeared before a flood of memories entered inside him on how to train in the spinergy method and its details as well.

Spinergy Method seems to be a form of training where one would use their spirit energy and circulate it inside their body in some kind of pattern through all of their meridians.

The pattern seems to be the key as it is some sort of mystical power. Once one finishes one circulation of that pattern in their meridians, a symbol is supposed to form in their spirit core.

The symbol has some special effects as it gives extraordinary powers to his spirit energy, and thus, his spirit energy-based skills also have additional effects.

The strength of that symbol increases with each circulation of pattern, and doing this also refines their spirit core and increases their spirit core's rating, which is one of the conditions to advance their lifeform stage.

He took two hundred spirit energy first and started doing one circulation with it. One can use however much spirit energy they want in one circulation of the pattern, and if they use more spirit energy, then their progress will also be huge in one circulation of the pattern.

However, with more spirit energy, they also need better control. If they mess up while circulating that huge amount of spirit energy in their meridians, they will be severely injured or even die.

It took Athan one hour to circulate 200 spirit energy in all of his meridians by following the certain pattern of this spinergy method.

After he was done, He indeed felt a mysterious power inside him. Since he could see his inner-space by focusing, he saw a round symbol with eccentric black, purple, and dark orange patterns in his spirit core.

Looking at the additional information, Aren was surprised and thought, 'So basically, All of my skills will have these additional effects on them as long as I use spirit energy to execute those skills.'
