Chapter 253: Originals!
Originals. Though they are called so, their own origins are unknown. What Draco himself knows about them from the countless celestials, worlds, realms, and the map shard is that they are something like the Golden Order.
Their sources are from somewhere out of this small pond called the Plektorian Galaxy, and supposedly, Original Dragons are the primogenitor dragons.
They were the first to ever exist, or their descendants, which was the case for Larcatius, who was in front of Draco.
There was a difference between original true dragons, and true dragons… A huge one, but the most simplest one of them was the language.
While True Dragons spoke their own language to form spells, originals only had to speak normally, and they could use their intents as well as their authorities to inflict the desired effects on their targets.
It was absolutely ridiculous—so ridiculous, in fact, that it almost rivaled Draco.
Almost… the reason it didn't rival it nor surpass it was because…
{Unfated}
*Crack* *Crack* Fwshhh*
The endless bindings that had fallen on Draco all dissipated at once, shocking Larcatius.
"Haha, I guess you truly are different." He had only now discovered that, surpassing all true celestials and high celestials, was the lone Draco who had completely annihilated his way to his space.
"That's good, that's good. Please sit." Larcatius gestured for Draco to sit next to him.
Draco looked at Larcatius for a few seconds before he walked closer.
"So this whole realm is inside your true body, huh?" Draco asked.
"It indeed is. Funny how someone can be trapped inside of himself."
"You'd be surprised how many times that happens." Draco smirked for a second.
"… You're indeed right." Larcatius nodded.
"You're pretty smart for someone your age." Larcatius with shining eyes took a quick look at Draco, and though he couldn't see the details, he knew that the demon in front of him was far below a million years old.
"What favor do you want from me, Larcatius?" Draco sat in a lotus position and asked.
"It's simple, actually. I have but one request." He said.
"Ask away."
"I want to leave this place. I have someone to take revenge on, and for that I need to leave this place. Whatever the method is, however, you do it, as long as I'm completely myself and can regain my complete powers, even those sealed away… I'll give you anything you ask for." Larcatius concluded by looking into Draco's eyes.
"Oh my, well, isn't it truly simple?" Draco smiled. His smile made Larcatius worry for a second, making the billion-year-old dragon wonder if he made the right choice to ask this person.
But he knew. He knew that if it was any one of those that are coming, or those that had come the past billion years, and even those who will come the next billion years… Nobody would rival this high celestial.
He knew that if he missed his chance now, there would be no leaving in sight anytime soon.
"So what do you need? Wealth? Treasures? Techniques? Worlds?" Larcatius asked.
"I don't need any of those, I just need one simple thing." Draco looked at him and asked.
"And what would that be?" Larcatius asked.
"Your life." Draco smiled.
Indeed, all he needed was his life. Through his life he would gain his powers, his knowledge, this whole treasure realm, and even his identity.
"My life, huh?" Larcatius asked.
"And how would you do that? I wonder."
"You don't have to worry about it. Your resurrection can be counted as a promise from me." Draco said.
"Young man… It's not like I can truly die, anyway. This sealing I'm in is but one of the ways to create a semi-death for existences of our caliber." Larcatius sneered, he wasn't trying to belittle Draco but what the demon was saying was simply unbelievable.
"That would be true." Draco asked. But then, an idea that had come to his mind a long time ago but he never tried resurfaced.
"It's fine. I just have to cut you piece by piece." Draco nodded.
"Oh, isn't that quite cruel?"
"It sure is. But it won't last long."
"Then proceed." And Larcatius stood up.
Draco did the same and looked at the human form of the original in front of him. Perfect and might. These were the two words that could describe him.
But, Draco cared about none of that; all he knew was that he would be able to devour him and gain all he needed.
While Larcatius might be truly immortal, he was still a dungeon boss of some kind. This meant that in a way, as long as he was killed, Draco would be counted as a winner, even if the boss were to return once again.
{Chaos Dismemberment} This was the moment of truth. Though Larcatius couldn't understand the grumbled words coming out of Draco's words, he could feel their might, thus, his head was in complete shumbles.
'A language? One that I can't understand?' He thought to himself, but it was too late.
*Slash* *Slash* *Slash*
In but a moment, Larcatius was in 6 pieces, each flying in a direction, though he was still alive.
Had it been a true fight, Draco truly wouldn't have gotten it easier. However, this didn't mean it wasn't difficult. He might have gained a true celestial as a subordinate and a devouring target, but still. He had to pay the price of helping him get out; that could become something much more complicated.
He wasn't worried. He never had been. He had lost such a feeling the second he lost his weakness. He was now a demon. An Anomaly. A Monster that shouldn't exist.
If anything, whatever was coming for him should be worried, for it shall… not hinder him.
